I went to visit their boutique store inside Holt Renfrew in downtown Vancouver. One of their sales lady was very rude, I was checking a bag on display. She asked me what kind of bag I was looking for. She said, "You are holding a $7,000 worth of bag," and totally sized me up. She looked at me from head to toe. It was very offensive, as if I didn't know how much they cost. I said to her, "I know it is an expensive brand, and I check it online but wanted to see the look and the size in person. It just disgusted me how she approaches me and totally turns me off from buying. I the company should hire more down to earth sales people.

Not at all welcoming . Not expected of a brand like Bvlgari . It’s like they don’t even acknowledge customers coming in . 2 sales lady assisting others but look away when u enter and then one has to interject them to ask after waiting for a while . So one came up and said there is another one of their team members who will be there soon . Wait for her but no one came . Terrible experience .In the retail it’s all about customer service and that is not something one needs to be telling such brands !

I recently purchased a Bvlgari Octo Finissino watch from Bvlgari Vancouver and had the pleasure of being helped by Jessica. I must say, she provided me with excellent customer service and made my shopping experience truly memorable. From the moment I walked into the store, Jessica greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions with confidence and clarity. What impressed me most about Jessica's service was her attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. She took the time to understand my personal style and preferences, and made thoughtful recommendations that helped me make a decision that I am extremely happy with. Cindy is very nice and kind when I came and asked for a gift for my wife. At first, I just wanted to buy a normal bracelet, but I ended up getting another Serpenti watch. Thank you Cindy for your well help and after care.

We had considered buying something but being belittled by the retail associate's attitude at this Holt Renfrew location made us not move forward and bought a ring from another high end shop instead.The young Chinese woman as the Bulgari associate "helping" us, kept talking over us while I was trying to translate for someone who didn't speak English or Mandarin (although I do for both). If she had acted with patience instead of expecting a "buy and go" for a quick sale, then you know that soured our opinion on the brand. She was treating us in a elitist manner, even though we always buy from Holt's during our visits.I was courteous during our visit since I used to work in retail myself (people in service know how it sucks to see a terrible review), but I was actually miffed towards the end of it because of figuring out ring sizes. I was asking the person why didn't she know her ring size (and because I can) but the associate ended up repeating like a parrot that it should be a given to automatically know. It was condescending at that point.I told the person I was with we were being treated horribly, even though she did want to buy and I had told her to say she will think about it instead.Please note "the store experience" can really change the atmosphere of who comes in to buy, whether it's the cheapest item available or your most expensive. It can lead you to more sales in the future.

The first time I visited this store, I instantly felt welcomed. I was only hoping to have a closer look of the beautiful Serpenti jewelry collection.While browsing, Esther offered to show me the designs and encouraged me to try them on, particularly the rings. I truly appreciate this because touching and trying on the jewelry pieces first helps you make an informed decision in investing for a jewelry piece.Esther was very helpful in finding the right size and was very pleasant in answering all questions I had. In addition, I love the fact that Esther kept me informed of the latest Bvlgari updates. I highly recommend this shop with excellent customer service.

Worst treatment from any store I’ve been to. Wanted to look at some cufflinks, the lady at the store was hesitant to show us any because they only have a few models. When we asked to look at the limited selection, she hesitantly took 2 out and mentioned it was very expensive and probably not what we want.
