The best dry cleaner and alteration place in town by far! I went to get a spot removed from a dress I just received in the mail (as the company didn’t want to resend a new one) and Mohamud advised me not to have the dress cleaned as it would reduce the vibrancy in color and lose 10% of color during a wash. Instead of taking my money and business, he gave me an honest and fair assessment, and I will be a customer for life now. Thank you Mohamud!

Wedding dress dry cleaning service.
The dress looks so nice and clean, the explanation on how to store it was very detailed and useful. The muslin bag with our initials and wedding date was perfect, it made us so immensely happy.
Drycleaning took longer (couple months) than the original delivery date but just had to call to get an update and they were always responsive about it.

I came here in a pinch because a different dry cleaners stained my suit. They gave me back my clothes better than I left them! Definitely recommend!!! 10/10 great service

Over rated ,poor service.My skirt's simple alteration after 7days did not fix. Told me to come back before closing . I am there ,but still waiting and hadn't done!! Asked me to Wait for 20minute to fix it.
If it could fix in 20min, why did it take a week ?!
Also the charge is so high and over .
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Usually love their service however they have held my sewing for over 3 weeks (2 weeks past the already lengthy quoted labour time). Lowering my review due to the constant contradicting finishing timeline various people give me “By the end of day” “by the weekend” “before the weekend”… I got one elastic replaced and 2 curtains hemmed. That’s it. I regret giving them the job.

NEW BRIDES - PLEASE READ FULLY if you want an HONEST REVIEW
Following my wedding, I faced the daunting task of having my wedding dress cleaned. Unsure of where to turn, I discovered Busy Bee Gold after extensive research. Their staff proved both friendly and knowledgeable about the cleaning process, providing detailed explanations of how they would care for my gown. Impressed by their expertise, I entrusted them with my dress.
After four months of waiting, I called their office to inquire about the status of my gown and they informed me that it was near completion. During this phone call, I requested them to not preserve the dress just yet as I wanted to inspect it first. The lady replied that, when my dress is ready for pick up, I will get and email about it and will have to book an appointment during which my gown will be out of the box and a wedding specialist will help me go over it in detail and then she will put it in the box in front of me.
Two weeks later, I received this email. I made my appointment and was very excited to see my gown. Despite the assurances that I would be able to examine my gown before preservation, I arrived to this appointment to find my dress already boxed up. When I asked that why is it in a box and that I was told I’d have the opportunity to inspect, they told me that it was “today”… but how could it be? The dress is already in a box…. I was very confused and frustrated. I was given a limited space (their countertop where the box could not even fit) to open my box by myself and inspect a 35 pound wedding dress with a ton of glitters. I could not even fully inspect the gown. I only could lift the corner a little but was afraid I’ll ruin the folding. I asked their staff to help me fold the part that I unfolded and she told me that she does not do the foldings. Why am I being helped by someone who does not even know how to fold the gown? I was very disappointed to face these things after paying about $1200 to get their service. I cannot even open up my gown at home because I don’t know how I should fold it. I really would have appreciated them teach me how to handle the gown outside the box (as I was promised by their staff) should I decide to take it out one day.
This oversight in customer service left me unable to give Busy Bee Gold a 5 star review.
UPDATE:
I received a text message from them and they mentioned that there have been a miscommunication and that they’d like to make things right. I will be going there with my dress this week and they will be going over it with me this time ? this shows how much they care about their clients and I am very happy about it. Thank you Busy Beed Gold!!

Best dry cleaners in the city. They meticulously cleaned my suit and my wife's wedding dress. Every time I've gone to them with a garment that has a strain I was sure to never come out, they cleaned it!

I have been a regular customer of Busy Bee Gold for the last 10 years. Their services were fantastic. We were impressed with the top quality of their work especially cleaning delicate garments. In recent months, we noticed serious deterioration of their services and obvious damages on several pieces of tops. If this happened once or twice, it could be just accidence. But same issues occurred on the last three four batches. Dark tops were faded and shrunk with glazed marks all over them. It was obvious ironing not properly done with high temperature. Some pieces are fairly wrinkled....not enough steam?
What makes it worse this week is one top we picked up still having a yellow tape sticking on one sleeve. There is a stain close to where the tape is. Someone at the shop flagged up the stain...but nothing was done. Another top is having sweaty smell. At this point, we are really not sure if those tops were actually cleaned.
If the shop implemented changes to its cleaning process last couple months or changed its dry cleaning solution for cost saving purposes, it is not heading the right direction. Worth a revisit of its quality control process. We would just walk away from this location for now.

I had a small but prominent food stain on the front of a very sentimental hoodie of mine. I tried to wash it out several different ways myself but wasn’t successful. Busy Bee Gold was not only able to take out the stain but myhoodie also looks brand new. This is definitely my new go to drycleNer.
