Quality workmanship and excellent service.The staff at Burrard Autostrasse were amazing in helping me navigate my car collision process. Sean Manson in particular was extremely helpful & professional - making sure to communicate with me the extent of my car’s repairs and how the the repair process worked. Getting into a car accident is stressful but with Burrard Autostrasse you’re in excellent hands.

The service is top notch and the best I have ever received. I am an out of province client and my car got damaged in an accident with no fault of mine. I talked with Sean at Burrard, he was very helpful and compassionate, which was a nice change after talking with so many other Collison centers and getting consistent rude replies. Excellent repair shop certified by ICBC.If you had a car accident, etc and looking for a body shop for car repair, this is the place to go.They also provide rental cars as replacement during the repair period.The staff is friendly, the repair is done professionally.Overall, strongly recommended!

Met Ribert the service advisor today, very knowledgeable. Their shop is full of Bentleys range rovers Porsche etc. There's not a lot of reviews on this place one line though their are one of the biggest European repairs shops in vancouver. Likely most of their customers value their privacy and online footprint
