I came in to buy a few pairs of winter boots. A stylish pair for winter festivities, and a practical pair for Vancouver winters.But no one paid attention to me, I was picking up shoes, looking at their prices, trying to get someone's attention. Completely ignored. I went to another shoe store in the mall and they were so friendly, I was greeted as I walked up to a display. Maybe they should train the browns staff

Don’t bother with this store. Ordered in store for collection, no updates via email or text to notify if they were in transit or even if they had reached the store. called the store 2 days later for an update and asked her to confirm the email they had, to which she called out a random email address, I’m guessing one of the staff members just made up. Then after giving my correct email I still had to call the store 4 days later to find out that they were there. Went in to collect shoes, several associates ignored me at the till, allowed other customers to skip in line and blatantly refused to help with my query (associate went up to another staff member for help and he waved her off then disappeared into the back). Spend your money elsewhere.

I went in today and had a lovely gentleman help me out with a warranty exchange. He was very kind and helpful. Went by the name of Sivcon! Definitely look for him if you need help. Awesome service today :)

I HAVE PURCHASED MY HIGH EN LUXURY HEELS LIKE GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI OR, SJP.. THE TEAM IS AMAZING I ALWAYS GET HELP FROM MITZY AT THE STORE, AS A HIGH FASHION BLOGGER YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT FIND ANYONE BETTER THAN THIS TEAM AND MITZY. ALSO NAZ IS AMAZING SHE HAS DONE WONDERS FOR ME SHES SUPER KIND I FELL IN LOVE WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE. THE ABSOLUTE B E S T - THANK YOU SO MUCH. sincerely. YOU GO HAVE TO GO TO THEM!!.. I cannot let you know how amazing Browns is! I was looking for a shoe and each store I contacted was amazing! First store was Coquitlam in person, sales rep greeted me right away and was super helpful when the store was really full and took the time to find stores that may have the shoe in stock. I then called pacific center, super helpful on the phone didn’t have the shoe but let know of another location that may have it and lastly Richmond Center. They had the shoe and again super helpful, she doubled checked to make sure it was in stock and placed it on hold. I went to Richmond centre and picked it up again with great customer service! Their store was really busy too! Thank you all! Sorry I didn’t get names!

Called in to place an item on hold, the service was pretty fast, however, after I stated that I will buy it but I can only come to pay tomorrow due to personal inconvenience, the person told me they will not honour the sale price after today and did not offer another option.I bought the item online instead.

Store was not that busy today but I walked by a decent number of employees today at this location and not one acknowledged my presence and whether I needed help or not (which I did and would have appreciated some initiative). Would have wanted to purchase something here but staff seemed more interested in chatting with one another than assisting customers.

Every employee was standoff ish and unfriendly. It irks me so much that they tried to trick me into buying shoe insoles by putting it in the shoes I was about to try and not telling me that I would have to buy it. Such a toxic workplace and organizational culture. WILL NOT RETURN TO ANY OF ITS LOCATION.

The service was on point and the prices were the same as all the other stores. We were helped by and older gentleman who literally went above and beyond the call of duty to get me a shoe. I recommend this shoe store above all the others.
