I went to broadway camera with a few questions and issues with my camera. Steve answered them all and told me more things I should know. He went out his way to make sure everything I asked was answered. Good energy and good vibes from him!

I received great service today from Henry who helped me buy a Nikon Z8 body and accessories. He was able to price match the camera for me over the phone and was patient with all of my questions in person. He was also very friendly and knowledgable of the product. Highly recommended.

I bought my first Nikon camera Z6II and prime lens 35mm f/1.8 at the Broadway location. I visited and spoke to the sales representatives at both the Broadway and Richmond locations. They are both knowledgeable and patient in answering my newbie questions. I visited the Broadway location again the next day and had the opportunity to meet and speak to Henry Wong - like other sales representative he is very knowledge and patience. What set him apart is his genuine and practical approach - instead of just asking what I want or need, he offers a practical and honest recommendations. For example, I did not know until he advised that the camera body can become obsolete over time, but the lenses would not. So it’s more important to invest in good lenses as compared to the body. As he heard that I’m new to pick up the photography as my hobby and just learned about the photography terms the last four days, he anticipated the knowledge that seems obvious to others is not to me. And he did not try to recommend higher price model, and found his recommendation very genuine and honest. I feel this is how to retain and attract customer loyalty to continue to seek for his advice when I’m ready to get my second lens in the future. In any event, as I spoke to another sales representative the day before speaking to Henry, my sales went to the other sales representative. However Henry still offers his help and advice without concerning his commissions. Definitely 5 stars rating for Henry!!! Thank you.

I walked in with my Sony camera that had an issue with the SD card holder and asked for help from Steve. Straight away he started getting involved and trying to figure out the issue. Super knowledgeable and determined guy to help fix a problem. The problem got sorted in the end and I walked out super happy with a fixed camera! What a dude - GO STEVE!

For the first time, I wanted to have information about buying a Nikon Z9 camera, so I went to the Broadway Camera store in Vancouver with my friend. English is not good, but Mr. Peter Lan patiently gave me the explanations I needed and helped me get to know the camera I wanted better. I am very happy that I was able to buy some products that were on sale with a 15% off, and this purchase is my appreciation for Peter's honesty. I will definitely buy my camera and lenses from this store because sellers who respect the customer and their needs deserve respect and the best.

The staff is really kind. He explained it well to me as a beginner. It was very helpful in choosing a camera. It's a little far from my house, but I'm going to go and buy it if I need anything from now on.

I asked the rep if he could tell me anything about two cameras, Panasonic S5 and Fujifilm x-s20, and he said "we don't sell that camera" for both models. Both units are listed on their website, one is available for pre-order.

Fantastic experience with this camera store. Ordered billingham bag online and it was shipped within hrs of me ordering. Delivery was quick and item was well packaged and in perfect shape. Updated tracking as well. Great experience, will order again.
