Weird vibes as soon as you walk in. Overheard staff (main full time staff on multiple occasions) make unacceptable jokes. Could tell mangment person was not nice, due to how they spoke to the people ahead of me. Prices are highest in Vancouver for craft beer. Management needs to do better as they seemed quiet mean to newer employees and customers.

I live right next to this place and would rather walk or drive to the BCL Store.
Prices are the highest you will find, sometimes 50% more than at BCLS and then they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Oh sure, they say you don't need to tip like so many other places these days that beg for tips where no service is provided, but you can definitely feel the shade when you don't.
For those reasons, I only come here as a last resort. And I will never tip someone for simply processing my payment, that is ludicrous.

Big fan of the selection and the staff at Brewery Creek! I’m not often in the neighbourhood, but when I am, I love to drop by and pick out a couple unique local craft beers. I always discover products I haven’t seen elsewhere (even though I also work in an independent liquor store, across town), and have fallen in love with new breweries as a result. The employees are friendly and have great product knowledge; when I’ve asked for honest reviews or recommendations, their notes are always spot-on.
After another awesome experience there today, finally had to leave a review. (The Faculty Brewing turmeric ale and tamarind cerveza were outstanding…) Thanks Brewery Creek!

Asking for a tip at a store? Yeah, won’t be coming back. Your prices are already the highest in the city and then you have the audacity to ask for tips. What am I tipping for? Bringing my own beer to the till? Come back down to reality.

Nice enough store, but the prices are not good. $20 for a 6 pack of Pacifico which is $16.49 at BCL. I get that private stores may be a bit more expensive, but thats a bit extreme. Also cannot stand when there is a tip function when paying at liquor stores.

Lovely cozy store that is clearly buckling under Main Street rent judging by their markups — due to Angry Otter closure for reno, went in to Brewery Creek buy 4pk Guiness and 6pk Peroni and it was …. $45..!!? Which makes me both astonished AND silly at the same time and we really should just buy local beer *sigh* live and learn.

The collection was massive and had lots of options to explore from..I’d specially like to thank Aryan who suggested me to get Jacob’s Creek which was exactly the type of white wine I was looking for! Extremely helpful staff :)
