Great items, nice quality. Very busy store considering everything comes in one size only. Be prepared to wait in line to get in, line up for a fitting room, and then line up to pay, and most are claiming g no tax for kids so that slows it down. Ordering from the USA and picking up is pretty easy as well. Would be helpful if all pants were measured laying flat so you know waist and hip size of actual clothing, not the suggested body measurements.

Definitely don’t like shopping here. Found stains on some clothes but it’s easy to just pick the one behind it as long as there is one. It’s hot inside and it’s quite hard to separate the customers from staff. Usually a line to get inside, but that doesn’t really bother me as it’s usually worth it. I remember the first time I came here I got a lot of weird/rude stares from customers but that’s not necessarily the stores fault. I’d say it’s worth it to come here but only if you have the time, money, and patience. (Also maybe the ability to push past some frustration lol)

Extremely unhappy with the poor service received at this store. The staff clearly are just there to make money and make your day worse. They wouldn’t let us in before close after calling ahead to make sure we could and being told yes. To then arrive and be turned away then one of us let in is despicable. I love this brand and constantly purchase their products but after this poor service will not be a returning customer to any brandy stores. It is disappointing and staff should be trained better.

The girls who work here are super nice but they always forget to give me everything I bring into the change room? They put things back while I’m trying things on. I live on the island so it’s SUPER annoying when I get home and some of the things I grabbed aren’t there? Please figure out a better system so I’m not missing half my things. Thanks.

I love how everyone complains about the "one size fits all" sloganwhen majority of their tops are cotton and quite stretchy. People just looking for any reason to complain about something that does not fit their ideals, talk about setting the company a negative image.Service was nice, I certainly didint get any "rude" stares from any of the employees like everyone else claims, they are well mannered and trying their best. For all the other 1 star reviews on service, try working in retail and see if you can keep your composure when dealing with low-mannered bratty teenagers. Customer service is straight forward, telling me no returns for jewelry and I get store credit if i return a piece of clothing. Their tops are 100% cotton and its very soft and durable.Would definitely come back to make another purchase.

My daughter loves this store and i do come to pick up clothes for her.. I mean to do this message a while ago because has someone name Eva at the store that she is beyond Amazing!!Every time I am there and she is working she is so kind friendly and the work ethic it’s very impressive always so very helpful. Many different occasions she helps me with different request and means so much!Eva you are an amazing human being thanks so very much for always making my day and giving the Best customer service ever. I need to let the manager and company know how dedicated and how you care about your work. Keeping shining and I will see you at the store soon. Thanks again for everything!! The staff at this location are polite and friendly in my experience and i didn't experience any lines or wait time to get into the store on weekdays recently! Don't know about weekends/peak hours. Their clothing is very reasonably priced. The one size thing isn't nearly as restrictive as some assume it is-- most of their clothing is stretchy. The store is also clean and kept in good shape :) thank you for having a location in vancouver so i can still shop w/ you guys since you don't ship to canada!

Cute clothes here and the workers are usually super sweet. However, I went this past week and encountered a very rude employee who showed attitude for no reason and that ruined my experience shopping there.

Wayyy too many items put back on floor that have various makeup stains (lipstick, foundation) and other stains. Last time I went here for a quick visit I saw at least 5-6 items with noticeable stains on them.

i love brandy sm, if y’all can’t fit in the clothes just go to a store that has your size and stop complaining and making up stuff. stop criticising this brand because it wont do anything. cutest clothes ever here tho and i really recommend for tops:-)
