Made a special trip downtown to go to the store. Got there 20 minutes before they were supposed to close, and they were already closed for the evening. Terrible way to treat customers. We will take our money elsewhere. Recommend you do the same.

This store's business model is deeply flawed. The typical store layout is far too small, resulting in cramped spaces and limited square footage. This directly contributes to long wait times, often exceeding an hour, just to use a fitting room. The poor management of customer flow creates additional frustration, as shoppers face long lines both outside the store and at checkout. Moreover, the staff, particularly security at the entrance, comes off as rude, adding to the negative shopping experience. The "one size fits all" approach is particularly problematic, as it excludes a diverse range of body types, catering only to smaller bodies. Overall, this store fails to provide an inclusive and pleasant shopping environment.

I am rating this store 5 stars because of this one worker (I think her name is Annabella) she was the sweetest person in the store she just made the environment so much better. She has such taste in fashion and she’s so pretty!!! I bought a bunch of clothes there based of what she was wearing. Love brandy for Annabella, I hope to meet her again!

the girl named maral at the checkout was the sweetest most beautiful person ever soo kind and helpful!! we came around 2pm on a thursday and only waited for like 5 mins outside?

i visited here 2 days ago and got like 3 clothes and some jewelry, it’s a nice shop the cashier lady was super nice and the shop isn’t that crowded on Wednesday afternoon, but however the selection is very limited so don’t get your hopes up to high, but the clothes are very pretty still check the return rack, some clothes on the rack have makeup on the neckline. I would recommend going because each stock may be different

Don’t waste your time. It’s basic, cheaply made and the fact that the store is one size fits all is offensive! No female should support a store that limits its fashions to only one body size and shape which is promoting unhealthy images of the female figure. Also, there is no cash return or returns. Only in store credit. Just an awful experience! The business should be ashamed. My daughter will never go back.

Terrible customer service and policy. Parents cannot even check if the clothes fits well on their daughters. Girl in a ponytail today, black leggings, new balance shoes and grayish short is terrible. Ended up not buying anything.

One of my favourite stores, but it’s ALWAYS crowded line up at the front of the store, line up for the changing rooms , and a check out. I’ve also seen items have coffee stains on them just out being sold. The employees are nice but someone is always in yr way

It was very crowded and we had to skip the fitting rooms because the lines were too long, but the clothes were lovely and everyone was respectful. I was excited to see some clothes that were out of stock on the website (US) and they also had a lot more accessories than the Brandy Melville in my city

Just curious how they hiring staffs, was that real the hiring manager just picked up girls randomly from the street and said “oh you’re very BM girl and you’re so cute, you should come to our store to work”, do they send their pictures to their managers to get picked up by their boss to be their BM girls??? DISGUSTING!!!
