Despite rising food costs, No Frills (along with Superstore) still has the best relative prices of any grocery store. This one is no different. There is a self checkout here which I like. Also the frozen food section here is VERY large compared to other no frills, as is the produce section. It's a big No Frills in general. A great place for grocery shopping, if there is such a thing these days. I didn't experience any frills.

I've shopped here for 5 years, and the customer service has consistently gotten worse. The staff seems increasingly unprofessional, with noticeable issues in work ethic and communication. It feels like each new hire is less competent than the last. This reflects poorly on the management, who seem unable to maintain proper standards or provide adequate training. I do not recommend this place due to the ongoing and systematic decline in service.

I chose one star as I cannot chose zero.. Check your staff schedule to identify the staff member assisting at Self Checkout at approximately 1;30 p.m today Sept 13, this staff member is rude, becomes quite upset when she needs to help. Her attitudes comes before her.. she slaps her "card" on screen , raises her voice... This is the second time she is assisting when I use self checkout, won't happen again, there are other stores to shop at. She should quit if she is not happy, and perhaps your store can hire someone who actually knows what customer service is... I have also heard her use the same approach to any one at self checkout. Do what you will with this review.

It's a small store no trails at the Denman mall but it also is fairly well organized for the amount of people that shop here. Although with everyone I'm sure that the number one complaint is that the prices of food are far too high that being said I'm sure that the owners are not personally capable of having an influence on what goes on with the food prices. I'm sure that this is just a franchise store but you will generally find anything and everything that you're looking for and it is cheaper than going to the restaurant to get your dinner. The staff are courteous and polite and very helpful if you need assistance. I do tend to look in this store before a shopping at Safeway also though if I'm looking for a snacks like potato chips Safeway is the place to go.
