I have had multiple experiences with this location of Boyd Autobody over the years. My neighbourhood if you don’t have a garage your car can get damaged easily. So, each time I have had to go to Boyd to get my car fixed. I have always left happy and extremely impressed with the repairs. Also, Amy has been so courteous and helpful with me. Being as I work nights, I'm not usually able to be awake during the days. So, I have had to at different occasions reach out later in the evening and she was always there to help me figure out a solution. Even yesterday when she was home sick, she messaged me to let me know the repair shop was trying to reach me! Thank you, Amy. Also, the repairs to my car are always done so well and my car is so clean inside and out. I highly recommend bringing your car here!!

My car looked better after Boyd repaired it compared to when I bought it!
I was involved in what I thought was a minor accident. Turns out there was extensive damage to the frame of my vehicle, and plenty of repairs would be needed.
The team at Boyd (Ryan in particular) made me feel comfortable with the entire process, especially given this was my first accident ever.
I'd recommend this location to anyone needing body work done after an accident! Professional service and excellent work.

I have used Boyd for collision repairs three times over many years. Always great service and excellent work. My most recent visit they suggested that I get a paint pen from the dealer to match the car's paint, and they did an amazing job at concealing a few minor scrapes for me (no added charge beyond the ICBC deducible for the collision repair). They are efficient and give attention to detail. I would not go anywhere else in Vancouver for collision repair--but hope I have no future need for such!

I had some pretty unfortunate car troubles with some hit and runs (two!!) and my insurance company directed me to this Body Shop.First time i came in for the assessment, my side mirror had just been knocked off my car the morning of, the guys taped it back on for free so I could drive a little more safely until I got approval from my insurance.When it came to getting the actual work done, it took them around a week (or maybe 10 days?) to basically replace the whole driver side of my car!I had gone to other body shops and not only the wait times were incredibly long, but the estimated time for the repairs was also really long. I really appreciated how quick they were to take my car in, and get the necessary repairs done.Amy and the team were also super helpful, and accommodating when it came to drop off and pick up, always available to answer my questions.When it came to the actual body work that was done, I must admit it was really impressive! Can’t even tell I was in two hit and runs! (Including one with a cement truck!)Thank you guys!I came in around lunch time on a Friday, and they were having a mini BBQ

Well, i had two (2) separate claims, and work was NOT completed on either one. After waiting patiently for appointments for repairs the work they did, still after two (2) years, the work they did was not completed correctly. They did more damage to the vehicle, and the inside of the car was filthy. They're so scrambled over they they don't know if they are coming or going, NO QUALITY CHECKS at all. This is for the manager who I last delt with, it does not matter at all what the customer does with thier vehicle after it leaves the shop, what does matter is if the company has completed the repairs correctly and efficiently. Cutting coners just gets you these kinds of reviews. By the way, the front clip still needs adjustments, headlights are fogging up, need a fog lamp, the wiring behind the headlamps needs to properly mounted, the windshiel has chips, driver's window has a chip, rear bumper needs a clip. There's my two cents.
