The worst customer service experience I had with this location. I went there this weekend and there was a lady, she was so racist and denied to help me to get the perfumes. I am also a manager from more than 5 years in retail and I know what customer service we should provide to people. But I don't know how's their store manager is not taking any action towards these kind of employees. If I was on the place of their manager, I would have fired that lady. Don't judge someone from their look and ethnicity. One star that I gave us only for girl Mehak I believe that's her name because the lady who was discriminating us called her. But very rude people they hired. I am really disappointed and never wanna go to that store.

Eby was absolutely amazing! Very nice and efficient. Absolutely recommend shopping at this location. We went to Metrotown location first and the female associate there was clueless. So glad we got the proper help here!

Recently I’ve visited at HUGO BOSS outlet in Vancouver, My experience with Riya at Hugo Boss was exceptional. she went above and beyond to find alternatives as my size was not available. She’s so dedicated and committed towards customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Riya for anyone seeking outstanding service in retail. She gives you the space you need without constantly making you feel like you’re being followed, like some retail employees do.

We had a worst experience this location. Today I went shopping with my mom and sister.
One of the lady staff was very rude and did not want to help us. We went to buy shoe and few polo shirts for my dad.
The lady stuff mentioned she can’t help us as she said it’s an expensive price. And she thinks I will not buy.
Like how can she determine if I will buy or not. How dare she even this have the audacity.
Later she said there’s no second piece at the back and she won’t be able to give it to us.
I will never come to this location. I was disrespected. I will post on all my social media platforms. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable. Because of the way I look should not determine if I can buy something or not.
I am born and raised in Canada never had this experience before in any stores. This is upsetting.

Worse Boss location! The staff is racist, they help you according to the way your dressed and the way you look. I asked for a shoe size from a sales associate a she gave it to another worker to assist me who was Indian. The lady who was working on June 19 2024 with rid brown/ yellow hair refused to provide us assistance because of the way we were dressed. Completely unprofessional staff, they need to learn what customer service is.

My experience with Jovan at Hugo Boss was exceptional. Despite not having my size, he went above and beyond to find alternatives and ensure I left satisfied. 50% off storewide and 75% off clearance which is mainly over-sized, XL-XXXL which fits normally on 6'+ non-Asians. Medium is XS and so on. All clothing stores, especially in Richmond have to cater to Asians as it's their customer base. Especially luxury clothing stores. Asians need to wear LV sweat pants to walk their white dogs
Selection was good. Great deals and lady named Charu helped us a lot. Great customer service even amongst the huge crowd in the store.

The staff is anti Panjabi. That asian lady told her colleague to observe me nd my family cuz we had our hands full of Boss clothes. We go there almost every month and spend more than $5000. They lost their customer. I dont recommend them to any of my family and friends. I will go to Vancouver and get excellent service than this creepy staff.
