As a prospect tenant, I must say there's a lot they need to improve.
Listing does not match the apartment we visited, which also needs a deep cleaning btw.
Agent arrived late. This annoys more when they send so many messages requiring us to arrive earlier than appointment hour.
Vieweing was more like enter and look at whatever you want, instead of actually providing details and amenities that may not have been mentioned previously.
With this experience, no wonder a well located apartment has not been rented yet, even that listing says it's available since September.

Very bad communicators, highly not recommended. You get what you paid for

Prompt updates on tickets I open are great.
They do regular checks on what you need too.
I haven't found anything faulty in their services so far (3 years)

This has been the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I have come across with a realtor in BC! Wasted my time on applying for a unit posted by them only to realise that they have posted wrong photos of the unit .. the actually unit has no resemblance whatsoever to what has been posted.. even the description of the unit has so many errors! The unit is in Surrey and they’ve mentioned benefits of what’s around in Granville..
There are many capable realtors out there so I would recommend not to waste your time with Bolld because it takes them a couple of days to realise that they’ve been advertising the wrong unit all along!

Worked with Bolld team to sell my property. The process was very simple and they have various contacts to assist you with the process.

TERRIBLE service. The worst service I have ever had to experience. I don’t wish that to my worst enemy. Been waiting for more than 2 months to get our bathroom tape lights fixed. I’ve sent more than 5 follow-up emails and they always reply “I’m sorry for the inconvenience we are working on getting someone to fix that”.
This is just a fraction of what we had to experience. Things were terrible since the very first day when we booked a tour to see the apartment. They just went downhill from there.

I do not recommend this real estate agency, I am very unpunctual and slow to carry out a leasing process, and Kat and the assistant have no idea what they do or even the clients.

I moved out Dec 1st 2023 and I’m still trying to get my damage and pet deposit back. My place was cleaned flawlessly with no damage. I was promised that it should go through the first week of January and I’m still waiting!

Little back story: So originally when moving in, it was just my boyfriend and I. Due to my parents going back home to Nicaragua they asked if we could watch her cat in the mean time. Obviously I’m not going to say no or leave my moms cat on the street.. I mean how much damage can a 6 month old cat really cause? They even messaged our old landlord confirming we didn’t have a cat previously cause they assumed we were lying. But because we were amazing tenants for 3 years he contacted us letting us know lol. Anyways after a maintenance man came to (look at our blinds for 2 seconds and left) we were contacted by bold saying that “they heard we had a cat and that we had to get rid of the her.. that being said we found another home for her to stay, in the mean time.Ever since then they have been doing monthly/weekly “inspections” and “emergency maintenances” as an excuse. Sending 5 men over here at times. Not only does it make my boyfriend and I feel uncomfortable, when hes not here but also there is absolutely nothing wrong in the unit. The building isn’t even a year old.. We also had someone show up unannounced because of a “scratch on the counter“ all within 5 months of living here, which is ridiculous. honestly I feel bad writing a bad review but I feel even more bad for whoever has to deal with them in the future. We also asked for a second garage fob as my boyfriend and I have 2 separate keys. But because we have one car they refuse to give us an extra fob. Which makes no sense in my opinion. It make it very inconvenient when leaving the house. We’re constantly having to switch keys OR forgetting to switch, Which leads to arguments and not being able to leave OR enter the underground. When in reality it could all just be avoided by just giving us TWO fobs.. for TWO separate keys.. Never in my 9 years of renting have I experienced this sort of nonsense. Counting down the months till our tendency is over. I can’t see this company having long term tenants. Very unprofessional and unresponsive at times. Can not live here in Peace and it’s draining.

If you see Bolld real estate attached to any apartment you are interested in, the best advice I can give you is to run in the other direction.
When I moved in the first thing I realized was the overwhelming stench of what I can only assume was cat pee in the carpets in the bedroom. I rented a professional carpet cleaner which could not get out the smell, the floor in the living room was held together by clear tape, the tub did not drain, the microwave did not work, and the refrigerator door did not close properly. The apartment had not been cleaned as the kitchen/walls were filthy, and as stated the carpet was gross. I contact Bolld about this (putting emphasis on the fridge & the microwave) and they said they would look into it ASAP. To make a long story short, it took 7 weeks for them to have it fixed after multiple emails from me. They had unreliable repair men who canceled/rescheduled/didn’t show up & one suggested to go buy a door stop & jam it under the fridge door so it would stay closed. We had hundreds of dollars of food go bad. Again, Bolld did nothing.
In September there a leak above our shower (from an apartment above). A plumber came to rip open our ceiling to ensure the leak had stopped, left the ceiling torn open, and we never heard anything again from Bolld about fixing this. When I ended my tenancy I called Bolld asking why they haven’t had the ceiling fixed yet (at this point it had been almost 2 months), the first person I spoke to was surprised and had no idea the ceiling was torn open, and said she would look into it (even though I had sent multiple emails to them in those 2 months asking when the ceiling would be fixed). The second woman I spoke to was extremely rude and when I asked when the ceiling was going to be fixed and said it wasn’t their responsibility to fix it, it was the responsibility of the tenant above and if I was having trouble renting the apartment because of the ceiling that was my problem not theirs. In what world is a massive hole in the ceiling not required to be fixed in a timely manner?
During the period we were trying to rent out my apartment, Bolld could not have been more unhelpful if they tried. When I called them to get updates their staff never knew what was going on within their team and could not provide direct updates to me. They would always say they would get back to me “by the end of the day” and not once did this happen. When they wouldn’t get back to me, and I would reach back out, and I would have to explain my story again because there would be no record of anything on their end. Constant game of taking in circles and wasting my time. So unprofessional.
On my move out inspection, I knew it was going to be a nightmare. I discussed with them when I moved in that nobody had completed a move in inspection with me. The agent that gave me the keys to my apartment informed me another agent would go through pre-move in photos with me and have me sign a move in inspection. This did not happen despite me asking this agent two separate times. I did my walk through move out inspection (the agent took photos), cleaned the apartment/carpets despite it being filthy when I moved in. I received an email from Bolld stating I needed to pay for damage to floors, stove/oven, and ironically enough they said I broke the fridge. When I wrote back about how they didn't do a move in inspection with me (if they did, we would have found all of the broken things discussed at the beginning of my post). I told them I wasn’t paying them anything until I was sent a signed copy of my move in, because I knew one didn't exist. Magically, they emailed me back and told me they were no longer charging me for the "damages".
I can't stress this enough if you are involved with Bolld - keep records/proof of absolutely everything. Don’t trust them. If they say they took photos - take your own, make sure you are present for everything, and if you have any phone calls with them, ask them to confirm what they’ve told you via
