They have good collections and nice people. But you need to be carefully with their policy - NO refund (both in-store and website purchase) and strict policy on exchanges. I would like to give good reviews if they can be more flexible with their policy.

I’ve ordered from Boboli on two occasions, and I’ve received wonderful customer service over email from Liz. Not only is their selection perfectly curated, as a lovely bonus each package is wrapped up in a gorgeous ribbon!

Really strange shopping experience. They follow you around the store, likely because they think you’ll shoplift based on how you look. I can afford to shop here, but I just don’t dress flashy. It’s a big turnoff and I prefer to take my business elsewhere. It’s a shame because they always have a nice collection.

It was a bright and lively shopping place. They had quite a lot of customers when I decided to visit this place before. I guess they were family shopping for elegant clothes at this place. I particularly like the unique designs on their clothes because it was the first time I encountered such designs and clothes combinations. It was a nice shopping experience.

Boboli has a super nice place! It is like being inside a mall wherein everything's organized and neat. The place was so bright and appealing. The clothes were synonymous to sophistication. I felt so elegant upon wearing their amazing clothes. I felt rich. Well, I should be considering the price of each item.

Walked into this store as a first time customer with a specific budget looking for dress on sale for wedding. The owner ended up helping me and was SO LOVELY spending almost an hour and a half with me to ensure I found the perfect dress within my price range! Thank you BOBOLI... I will most definitely be BACK!

Absolutely love this store! Product selection is so perfectly curated and like nowhere else in the city. Not to mention, the staff are so lovely and knowledgeable. This is THE place to shop in Vancouver.

Worst experience i’ve ever had in a store. Manager is nice but the owner is the most pretentious, classist, pompous person i’ve ever met. If you want to get judged for your age, race and clothing then this is the store for you.
