I had a positive experience buying a used 2017 VW GTI from them. I was assisted by Lex and everything went smooth. I was pleased. Also the next day after purchase, after I found out that the second key wasn't working, Lex agreed to fix that no problem. Knowledgable staff from sales to insurance.

Extremely positive experience here. From day one on, good communications without much sales pressure, which I experienced elsewhere. Appointment for a test drive was easy and relaxed. Sales rep Reza was genuine, quick in responding, and very professional, which was great and highly appreciated. The day of transaction could not have been any easier. The whole team deserves a thumbs up. I also appreciate the follow ups and BMW's own communications with the new owners of new or pre-owned BMWs. Thank you!

We recently purchased a 2021 Lexus GX460 from Brian Jessel pre owned. Both the salesman Ali & the sales manager Adrien were great. Not only were they extremely personable and helpful but they made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. We highly recommend both of them and Brian Jessel pre owned.

Had a really wonderful experience at Brian Jessel working with Richard and Lukas on the purchase of a 2021 VW GTI. They were both patient and helpful as we had a million questions about the vehicle.Richard also went above and beyond and when we went to pick up the car (having already purchased) he let us know he'd ordered us rubber mats for the car and they'd let us know when we could pick them up. So unexpected!

This is an edition to my review after one and a half year of using services at BMW Service @ Brian Jessel BMW pre-owned.The service department is absolutely great. Great attitude, extremely courtious and to a great extent caring for the customer. To my opinion, this is not customer service any more, more of a customer care.A great example of this customer care is Mr. Terry Chao. He has been beyond helpful and has cared for my car as if it was his own. And it has all been genuinely kindly and courtiously done.I have to extend my appreciation for such a great customer care team and a shout-out to Brian Jessel management team to have a great team like this.Well done gentlemen, welldone ??

I recently had a disappointing service experience at Brian Jessel BMW. Despite being a loyal customer, I was shocked to find out that only a fraction of a $2,000 repair was covered by the extended warranty, making its cost questionable. The service advisor also didn't explore the warranty coverage thoroughly and dismissed the possibility of claiming additional expenses.To add to the frustration, the $220 diagnostic fee wasn't covered by the extended warranty either. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of the dealership, and I hope this feedback prompts improvements in customer service.

One of the best experiences at a dealership that I've ever had. I felt welcomed the first minute I stepped on the lot, and the level of customer service was exceptional. They listened to my needs vs what I came into buy and they were very transparent with the vehicle and numbers presented. Highly Recommend.
