Ask for Dave! Never in my life have I met a more honest and skilled mechanic. Brought my 2015 Mercedes Benz S550 in for some work on the cooling system and he was immediately able to diagnose and solve the problems. My car was in and out, even offered some free wisdom when I came to pick my car up! If you have a Land Rover or Jaguar I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else; if you drive a Toyota I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. These guys are the real deal, with years of experience to show for it. I had a great experience with David! He worked on my 1969 MGB and was instantly effective and informative. He knows MGs, Jags, Triumphs, Austin Healey intimately. He adjusted the valves, corrected an issue with my distributor and overhauled my carburetors. My little car is running better than ever.
David works quickly, has lots of stock parts available and gets quality results. I'm looking forward to bringing my car back for more little projects. Thanks David!

So happy to connect with David at BMC. I spoke to him several times on the phone about my car and the issues I was dealing with. He was friendly, patient and at no point gave the impression he was trying to get me off the phone.
Although they specialize in classic British cars, I was hoping to have some work on my 64 Corvair Monza Spyder. He was clearly very busy and booked up but squeezed me in to address any of my immediate issues. Within a couple hours I had it back and on the road and it was running great.
I’ll be booking my car back in once he has an opening for a full look over, test drive and servicing for whatever he deems necessary.
Experienced, trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.

I have an old British built sports car. In recent years it has become very difficult to find a mechanic that understands these quirky and often logic-defying vehicles. All mechanical shops suffer from the shortage of trained mechanics, and they are all backed up for weeks.My brakes began to seize up while I was driving. I fully expected my beloved roadster to be laid up for weeks during the summer. To my surprise, Dave agreed to look at the car on short notice.He Is an old school mechanic with a wealth of experience and knowledge. It would have been so easy to simply tell me that he didn't have time to look at my car.This was my first experience with BMC and I am very impressed and most grateful.Services: Brakes

Dave, the owner is great. He is an old school mechanic. If I have an issue with my vehicle, a Honda element I feel confident that Dave will have time and patience to check the issue out and educate me on the pro or con of the problem and the cost. We need more small personal garages like BMC in this city
