First time in vancouver and i had to buy a jewellery from your store. I had a really good experience as a swiss tourist while shopping and a employee called Breanna was a big help for me. She was really friendly, gave me good recommendations and so i had to buy a beautiful bracelet. I can recommend this lovely employee to you.

When I come in. One of staff asked me “are you gonna shop or just looking?” It’s so uncomfortable. She didn’t even say Hi to me or other customers.

Bought earrings that are supposed to be gold plated for my daughter. After wearing them 12 hrs both ears had cracked, bleeding skin. Definitely not good enough quality to be called gold plated.

I was very disappointed with their customer service. A lot of items were on sale, and I asked a lady there how much a necklace was with the sale price applied, and the answer I got was "I don't know. I am not so good at math." And when I was torn between two necklaces, I asked the same lady which one was more popular and she replied to me, saying "they both are popular.", and that was it, no more explanation added and I got the impression that she did not want to talk to me anymore. Also, it seemed like the sales people there looked more interested in chitchatting with each other than dealing with customers, and I felt not welcomed while being there. I still wanted to be polite and said thank you, but the lady who "helped" me did not even say "good bye" or 'Thank you" back. I guess customers would want more professionalism from sales people in such jewelry shops?

I visited today with my mom, and the staff were super nice. It’s a cute little store, with a beautiful display of unique jewelry. There were many local artists and a wide selection of necklaces, bracelets, and more! My mom and I spent an hour picking stuff out, and the worker was so patient. She helped us go through the options, and made great recommendations as well. We ended up purchasing a pendent and chain. Will definitely visit again!

I like the variety. Well priced and high quality products. The service is also very good. You can have a small budget going in and be satisfied. Or if you are willing to break the bank, you can as well. The only feedback is after going in every other month, I feel the products look and feel the same and haven't had many new styles or new artists. But this is small and minor feedback on top of the overall good service they provide.

The girl in the blonde hair and blue skirt and white top was not helpful at all. Wasn’t willing to help me find what I wanted or even give me a suggestion where I can what I am looking for. SMH

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I walked in 10 minutes ago with my sister, hoping to buy jewelry for an event. The women at the counter looked at us, then continued talking to each other, despite us waiting due to the "wait to be served" sign. We walked in regardless, and not a single employee acknowledged us nor asked if we needed any assistance. I saw many cute pieces, but even when I had pointed these out loudly to my sister, the employees continued chatting amongst themselves.We were in the store for about 10 minutes when another customer walked in, and the blonde employee greeted her with a cheery "Hi, how are you? What can I help you with?" while we were still being ignored. At this point, I was so frustrated and offended and I decided to leave. The employees at the Metrotown location are much more professional but after this experience at the Robson location, I'm definitely reconsidering even going to Blue Ruby in the future.

I was shopping for a gift the other day for my gf for her birthday and my experience in store very positive. I came in completely clueless but the girls who were working at the time were very friendly and professional and made me feel very welcome even though I didn't know much about the jewellery. The two asian girls with long blonde hair both helped me narrow down my choices. My gf loved her new gold necklace! Will be coming back for Christmas
