I visited Bisou as my first bridal dress appointment and had the most amazing experience with Britney helping me find my dress. I visited a couple of shops this day and found Britney to be the most helpful and considerate of what I liked and how to style the dress with different veils etc. I ended up finding the perfect dress and so grateful for this experience. Could not recommend more!

LOVE ALEX!! She was so amazing to work with - witty, funny and made the whole process so enjoyable and memorable. She had me and my family in stiches the whole time.
She picked out my dream dress for me, one of which I may have never chosen on my own, but could now not imagine it any other way. She knows her stuff, works within your budget and yet delivers above and beyond, as well as knows how to make you look like the most beautiful version of yourself!
Did I mention that she also scheduled me in for a SECOND 1 hour session, after I was feeling slightly undecided within our first hour session together, on the same day!? We left to a late lunch and then came back that evening to try on a few more; no pressure at all! She also had me mock-walk down the aisle with a fake bouquet while playing our wedding song to get the real feeling for the dress and whether or not it was the one. I could go on and on, she's the real deal.

Had the best Bridal experience at Bisou by far! From start to finish all the staff members we dealt with were wonderful. Definitely request Vanessa P as your stylist she was amazing and went above and beyond to provide great service for myself and my group. Bisou is the absolute best wedding gown store! Not only do they have the best selection, but their service is impeccable. You must book with Erin! She is so kind and ensures you find the perfect gown. It was really nice that the Sales Manager Natasha was involved in the process, it really shows they truly care. 5 stars! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Erin as my bridal stylist. It was my first time trying on bridal gowns and she made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She was so knowledgeable and welcoming towards me, my mom and my friends, it was great they were able to take photos and videos for me so I could remember this special experience, I ended up saying yes to the dress! and taking advantage of their incredible blue ribbon program right now, taking home a designer Inès Di Santo gown I might not have otherwise been able to. Thank you so much to Erin and the team at Bisou Bridal for such an amazing lifetime experience!

I had an amazing time here thanks to my stylist Vanessa! She was so helpful, sweet, and accommodating. She also knew the dresses and designers inside and out! My group and I really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this studio to other bride to be’s :)

I just said “YES to the dress” at Bisou and my experience was amazing!! Erin was my stylist she made me feel comfortable, beautiful and found a dress more perfect than I had imagined!! She knew exactly what she was doing. I’ve been to a million dress stores and this one tops the rest BY FAR. I would recommend coming here to any bride. They had an amazing variety of dresses and everything here felt more elevated than all the other places ❤️

If you can only do one thing as a Vancouver bride I STRONGLY suggest you make an appointment at Bisou Bridal - not only did Vanessa find my absolute DREAM dress, but she made me feel so special and taken care of the entire time! She walked me through some customizations I wanted to make and she executed it seamlessly. You absolutely need to book with Vanessa, she's an angel. The entire team at Bisou made me feel beautiful at my last appointment when my dress arrived. I can't recommend this place enough!!!!

I seriously had the best experience at this bridal store. Alex is an absolute gem. I felt so special with her and she was so kind. She was so accommodating to all my requests and needs. I found two dresses at this store. I went to a lot of bridal stores and nothing compares to Bisou. Please please come here if you are looking for a wedding dress.
