Lovely little store. Mr. Chow fixed my watch strap length and replaced the battery within 30 minutes. He's respectful of my time and now I get to wear my mother's old watch. His daughter was also lovely to chat with, very warm! Thank you for helping me.

I brought my grandpa's watch here to replace the battery. The owner and his wife are wonderful to deal with. I paid $12 for the watch battery. The prices are amazing. I also brought my car fob for a battery replacement today and again it was done quickly. I paid $12 for this as well. What a deal! The couple have owned this place for a very long time. Unlike other jewelry store, they are not pretentious nor will try to push things you don't need on you. I love supporting family run business especially ones that are so nice. I will bring all future watches and jewelleries repair to Bill Chow. Like the previous reviewer, I agree with her. There are not many places like this in town anymore. Service, quality and honesty. Last but not least, I always pay cash when I shop at a small local business. FYI - Some of you may not realized, credit card companies charge a fee and then a percentage on each transaction.
