Grita was so helpful and lovely in our hunt to find a laptop! She was extremely knowledgeable and honest and was so patient with us. im soo mad I was told that I was getting the same model of computer that was on display even wen the website said it was different (the atx wattage was different from the website to the display model) as they told me that there was some errors on the site which I bleaved the 2 employees wen I got home and to set it up the motherboard was quite different ? and now I have to deal with them AGAIN

Been here twice to try to buy a GPU, CPU, and headset. Both times I keep asking employees for help and they said to wait but no one ever comes. Ended up spending all the money at Canada computers instead, both times, almost 1.5k in purchases. Highly recommended you avoid this location if you need assistance grabbing items that are locked or hard to find

I had a complicated return - weeks overdue, part of it was a ‘service’ that wasn’t complete and I’d lost the credit card I used to make the purchase so I had a new credit card that didn’t match the receipt. A Manager spent quite a bit of time overriding the system to make sure every dollar owed to me was returned which I really appreciate. Very professional. I should also say this stemmed from my purchase of 2 TVs, I was asked if I wanted installation and before I’d left the store, I had arranged to have the TVs delivered, installed, calibrated - all with discounted pricing.

I want to mention Mandy from Customer Service who went above and beyond helping me resolve an issue which was poor product planning on Bestbuy's corporate part. They had the samsung tablet on promotion for getting a free keyboard cover. However, the tablet was only available at one location with the cover out of stock, while another location only had the cover but the tablet out of stock. Mandy kindly helped me with a return and purchase transaction so I could get the free cover as part of my purchase. There were more glitches in their computer system but she took her time and worked with her leader at the time to comeup a solution to go around the system. Her patience and positive attitude really is an example of what customer service associate should be like. thank you!!

I often buy office equipment (desktop computers, printers, monitors, laptop computers etc) from this location instead of going to the London Drugs store across the street from my office.
Today I went in there with a dolly trying to purchase some computers and peripherals. After waiting around in the computer section for 10 minutes, I approached a couple of staff members asking for help but they claimed they were both busy. I then went to the counter asking for help but the dudes there didn't even look up. I waited for about another 15 minutes with no help available. I even showed one employee walking by photos of the computers and monitors I wanted to buy. I took the photos while browsing the aisles and told the fellow all I needed was someone going to the back to grab the stuff for me.
After half an hour, I left in disgust. And I would never buy anything here again. Before I wrote this review, I ordered what I needed from Staples and Amazon.
