Customer serivice is really poor in this particular location. There were a lot of staff around but none of them had asked if I needed help. Staff were not friendly.

Purchased the bose QC ultra today. Had to ask one of the blue shirt guys for assistance of course. This customer service rep does not know anything about customer service whatsoever. He appeared annoyed when my partner had to ask him in assisting us. This guy named “ETHAN” has such foul attitude. I am appalled by his disgusting behavior. I am just trying to buy a headphone. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for someone to be polite, or even at a minimum just not be rude about it. I get customers suck but a lot customer service folk like “ETHAN” needs a reality check.

I bought a computer here and although the computer had some manufacturing issues, Best Buy was very helpful in the warranty of the laptop. It was all easy to resolve.

Went to get my laptop fixed. The employees don't listen to you properly to understand the problem, they are not cooperative at all, and they broke my mouse pad which gave me an entirely different problem with the laptop. Terrible customer service

Empty yet busy at the same time? I waited way too long to ask a question, only to be told at the very that the product I was considering wasn't even in stock. Employees there are either unattentive or bored out of their minds. Haven't bought anything in store for a long time and now I remember why.

Don’t buy membership to get $100 discount because you will pay back $280 back in 10 months. And you can not cancel your membership before 10 months. If someone told me you that you can cancel after 3-4 months which is lie. Be careful before purchase something.
