When I visited Amazon to return the item, they handled it even though they were busy. However, they will not accept your package unless you have paid the fee in advance and attached a label. He told me that there was one Japanese staff member working there.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Albert and Diogo were so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to compare all the options and help me find the best iPhone plan. I am with rogers but I’ll only be going to bestbuy mobile from now on!

Russ at Best Buy Mobile went above and beyond for us. He not only recommended a very good deal for a sim only for us whilst in Vancouver, but set it all up whilst we were in the shop to make sure it worked. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, and was friendly and knowledgeable. Some great tips for where to go in the Interior too. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I simply got lied to by the staff about the cancellation policy of the protection plan. For future customers' info, the protection plan can not be cancelled online until the second monthly payment of the plan.

I had the worst experience ever! Yesterday, I ordered a cellphone online from Best Buy mobile Pacific Centre store that had it on sale and in stock (3 items). However, this morning, I received an email saying that my order had been canceled. A staff member called me and explained that there was a problem with the phone batteries. They offered me a version with less memory (128GB instead of 256GB) for $100 CAD cheaper than what I paid yesterday. They also mentioned that they had opened the box to check for any battery issues, which made sense. However, when I arrived at the store, they asked for the regular price. If I had known, I could have purchased the same phone at a reasonable price from another store yesterday. I do not recommend this Best Buy location and will not be shopping there again.

1 year ago I had the opportunity to come to Bestbuy Pacific Centre for the first time and I met Diogo, who immediately understood what I needed and thanks to him I still have my telephone plan. Last week I was looking to change my cell phone and we met again with Diogo and also Felipe, who assisted us this time.I sincerely appreciate that Felipe and Diogo know how to listen carefully, since they offered me exactly what I needed and were always honest with the services and products they offered me.Thanks to the communication they have, not only I felt in a pleasant environment, but I felt that my expectations were exceeded, since there are things that personally seem complicated to me and they made sure that everything was easy, clear and simple.I continue to be amazed by the customer service they have.
