Had a great service experience at Bentley Vancouver. I purchased a Continental GT Speed from another dealer and had them bring it to Bentley Vancouver for inspection. I was buying the car from out of province and sight unseen. Spiros was fantastic from start to finish and put my mind at ease. I asked multiple questions and always received thoughtful and timely responses. He and his technician provided a thorough report and helped address the minor issues that came up. I wouldn’t have bought the car if it wasn’t for their great inspection and service. Thanks again!

I had a truly disappointing experience with the service manager at Bentley today. Their behavior was not only rude but also unprofessional. It's essential for Bentley to have an appropriate and polite manager, especially given the substantial amounts customers spend here. When I tried to discuss my concerns, the manager turned their back on me and walked away. This level of customer service is unacceptable when customers are investing significant sums in Bentley.

Sent an inquiry about a listed vehicle. It was ignored. Followed up and resent the inquiry. Generic email came back with no answers to the 2 questions asked. Only a pressure sales tactic designed to drive you to an emotional decision/sale.Deplorable tactic and business practice

It can always be intimidating walking into car dealership, let alone an ultra luxury car dealership. Even though I have owned luxury cars in my life (Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, McLaren, Porsche, Land Rover), I am still uncomfortable visiting car dealerships - either the staff are too clingy, or I am not acknowledged at all if I “don’t look like the demographic” for their vehicles.Walking into Bentley Vancouver, was neither of the experiences I typically encounter - it was amazing. The staff there were warming and welcoming, even though I was upfront letting them know I was very preliminary in my new car search. It was quite busy that day, and someone named Alex came to my assistance. I had many question, and he was very knowledgeable. He was understanding and not condescending, which really made my visit so comfortable - not something normal I was used to in a Car Dealership.Should you be shopping for a new luxury car, I recommend you to stop and visit the folks at Bentley & Aston Martin Vancouver - 11/10 service.

Amazing service, Awesome expectation setting with arrival of vehicle
