Went in looking for absence The sales associate told me, oh, it should be. There pointed me in the direction of where it should be. I came back asked him, can you show me where it was? He said no overall service gets a zero stars.They get one star for the fact that they actually had liquor

Not a critique of the staff but BCL either needs to untie the hands of it's management and put forth local stores that connect with community and offer selection or stop trying to pretend it's not spending more than double what the private sector is to fund a 7-11 with a liquor licence. All the resources a company could want and their smaller locations selection is matched by a liquor mart whose senior employee probably hasn't finished probation.
