The site is great. They are losing one point because the customer service can be better. If you don't respond they provide the sense of being either annoyed of some sort. Regardless, their site is in great shape. They just improvements in CSR and overall digital experience.

I find this website very informative. Other websites does not mention about the complex policies such as pet, rental and restrictions. This website also provides insight about the property complex, comparative similar properties user is looking at with active and sold statuses. The app is seamless and easy to use and navigate. Highly recommended.

This is the best website if you're tracking buy/sell prices of real estate properties. I live in a building of 264 units. I've been able to track price/sq ft/dates of sold units which gives me an idea of the market and the price range of my own unit in order to sell it. You basically get a history of all buy/sells with specific details. When I decide to sell mine, I'll conctact BC Condos.

BC Condos And Homes is a great website to view current listings and sales. My go to place to check on the real estate market. Easy to use and many filters to refine searches. Highly recommend
