Automind was great. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Most importantly they did great bodywork and repaired my car to my full satisfaction. They also finished ahead of our agreed schedule, which was nice. They did a great job of negotiating with ICBC on my behalf to maximize the claim coverage and completeness of the job. I needed a particular kind of loaner vehicle while mine was in their shop and they went out of their way to make the exact make and type of vehicle available to me, on a schedule that worked best for me. I admit that, going in, I was kind of bracing myself for this experience, and they surprised me in every way I can think of. In fairness, all I can really say to them here is well done. And thank you.
