“Mahesh Joseph is a true gem. His autobody shop, CSN Cosmos, knows the true meaning of honest end-to-end quality customer service. He executed an urgent and timely repair on the family 2009 CRV SUV.
Here is my experience with CSN Cosmos and the reasons why I recommend doing work at his autobody shop:
1. After setting an appointment, he did a full onsite high level overview of the damages to the CRV and provided a reasonable and agreeable assessment.
2. To ensure a swift turn around, he also liaised me with his Paint-less-Dent-Repair contact in Port Moody which resulted in a 24 hour turn around.
3. I then brought the vehicle in his care and he assured me that CSN Cosmos would do a complete removal of any rust, rectification of all damages, and a beautiful blended paint job so that the CRV would look like new.
4. My case was unique as I had to fly out in 2 weeks. Not only did he accommodate my schedule, he was able to exceed it and deliver my vehicle within 10 days.
In summary, I invite all of you to take your car here for any autobody work; you will be impressed! Guaranteed!

After crashing my car, I chose Pender Auto Body for the repairs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professional and efficient service. The team operates with the precision of a laser beam. Raymond was exceptionally thorough in assessing the damage and provided a clear, detailed explanation of the repair process. He was quick and accurate with the quote and handled the ICBC process seamlessly.
Rina, who manages the office, is a true pleasure to watch in action—she’s precise, incredibly fast, kind, and efficient, solving problems and assisting customers with the skill of a conductor leading an orchestra. Although I didn’t see the repair work firsthand, I expected my car to be ready in a week. To my surprise, it was returned to me in excellent condition within just two days.

Brought my 2015 Mercedes Benz S550 in for some work on the cooling system and he was immediately able to diagnose and solve the problems. My car was in and out, even offered some free wisdom when I came to pick my car up! If you have a Land Rover or Jaguar I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else; if you drive a Toyota I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. These guys are the real deal, with years of experience to show for it. “They were a pleasure to work with. I had been in an MVC and my car sustained a noticeable fender bender on the front passenger side after being hit by someone running a stop sign. This made it not suitable to drive. I called to a bunch of reputable places who had >1 month waiting times for tow ins. Ricky and his team were so welcoming from the get go. Also had the best price on some oddball steering wheel parts I was looking for, (less than half what a tuner shop wanted to charge me) They have specials on different products every now and then so keep an eye out. They also have some pretty old and oddball parts in stock that have been sitting there forever haha, it does remind you of a simpler time though. This is a great dealer alternative for those who don't want to cross the border for their auto parts, It's a family business and they are very helpful/friendly.”

“Honestly an amazing experience. The staff were all lovely, and really helpful. Bowen was working the front when I first came in, and made the process super smooth, he was also really accommodating and managed to get my car in before I went on vacation, so everything was ready when I got back.
Also they set up my car rental so I was able to immediately have a car while the repairs were happening.
At the end when I was picking up my car the person walking me through the repairs that were done (either Sam or Wayne I think) was really clear and gave me all the info I needed.
I had kinda assumed it would be a whole painful ordeal getting my vehicle repaired after an accident, but it was a crazy smooth experience. Really impressed with everyone involved.”
