Visited this location for the first time yesterday and was very impressed! Sales associates were very helpful, warm, and welcoming. The store was immaculately clean and organized. Look forward to visiting again when I'm in town!

The website says"Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time"However in store they told me it was only 60 days. One of the leggings zippers broke after 3 wears and they told me to bring it to a tailor to fix at my own cost.

Outstanding service! I was in the store last Saturday and had a medical issue, the staff were attentive, professional and even offered a first aid kit! I have always loved the Athleta products, but now I love their customer service and team even more. Thank you, thank you!!

I literally walked in and was ignored by your staff and even manager who was on a social call. I tried on a rain coat for 5 minutes and was still ignored. Nobody is even in the store either except two people. I liked the fit but not the non-existent customer service. Another lady walked in was greeted cheeriy. Hmm I wonder why.. I think this store needs to be more welcoming and perhaps take a lesson in diversity. Maybe I was dressed too casual or 'appeared young' etc or a visible minority. I don't know what their problem was.. Anyways, I'll take my business elsewhere.. No thanks

The staff are super helpful and friendly! Maria and Chelsea were very knowledgable and super sweet. Definitely recommend this store if you want to try some Athleta on in person.
