I've been an Aritzia customer for a very long time and was a customer of Hills in Kerrisdale. A good percentage of my closet consists of Aritzia items. The quality and style of their clothes is impeccable. And the important thing is that their quality has remained consistently high. Their staff is highly trained and they are super friendly and resourceful. I think the only store I ever had a problem with their staff was the Victoria location. Last year, I had a small issue with an online order so I contacted the concierge and they made it so easy for me and just replaced the item. Owners of Aritzia... you train your staff so well and I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am with some retail stores and the lack of professionalism from their workers so you guys should be proud of your system! Keep up the fabulous designs!Good Luck!

Honestly infuriating dealing with this company.Come up with a standard operating procedure. None of your “concierge’s” know what they’re doing. There’s no manager to file complaints with. This company is a mess.I will absolutely not be buying anything from you. Lost a customer of 12+ years.

This is a shout out for a marketing genius who invented a "30-mins online order return window".You wasted peoples time on physical returns.You wasted customer support time on talking with upset Karens like myself.You wasted postal services time and company's money to deliver unnessesary purchases that could have been cancelled with one click.You wasted warehouse workers time checking the returns in.You multiplied the waste in the houses of those, who does not want to waste time on returns and will not use the impulse-purchased stuff.Just think about the magnifincence of the waste you've created, and all that precious time you've wasted. Wow. Just wow.

After several months of dishonest and unhelpful correspondence including waiting for a repaired jacket which still was not ready for pick-up at the Richmond Centre location one month more than what I was told, I found out through the Better Business Bureau that the store lost my jacket.Never have I experienced more deplorable customer service across any industry. Management at Aritzia should be ashamed of themselves.

I've been a long time customer of Aritzia, spending very large amounts of money with them. I recently purchased some clothing, but ended up returning a few items back. I received confirmation emails from Artizia that my refund would be processed dated March 8, 2022. It is now March 23, 2022 and still have not received my full refund. The total refunded back to me should have been $321.90 and have only received one refund back of $160.95. They have been giving me the run around, talking to different representatives and I'm frustrated as I want my money properly returned back to me. This is very disappointing as I've been a loyal customer.

Bad customer experience in your Bellevue location here in wa st.I’m a loyal customer and shop a lot in that location. Despite the poor customer service. But I have to mention an unwanted experience I had when I went to shop with my mother, we both wearing masks, she was slightly retiring her mask away from her cheeks because she was having a severe allergic reaction to the mask but her nose was still covered. The lady at the floor took the time to approach us in a very rude way and said if we wanted to shop there she had to respect their mask policy. She offered to bring a different mask which we appreciate but at the end she insisted on a rude way that if we wanted to shop on the store we had to wear masks! My question is why didn’t she respect the 6 feet distance between us?????? Check the cameras and see for yourself! She approached us to wear a mask but she didn’t respect the 6 ft, before she approaching us she didn’t even greeted us as customers, she didn’t took the time to ask us if we needed something, but she jumped right away when she saw my mother retiring her mask a little from her face!!! Lack of class, poor customer service! Retraining of that store is needed because Aritzia is a wonderful brand with quality clothes but not quality service!

If you're blue and you don't know where to go toWhy don't you go where fashion sits?Puttin' on the Aritzia!So this is one of the best articles of clothing we've ever bought. I spent a huge amount of money on this thing for my love, and so we were a little bit worried that it was going to end up breaking or not be as warm as we thought, but it was nothing but perfect. It was warm and it was beautiful and it was perfect and honestly couldn't have been any better.Probably the best coat either of us has ever owned and it's so thermal, so great, and so Canadian if you don't mind me saying. And it just made her whole trip to Canada so much more bearable.One of the best brands, one of the best coats, easily the best colour of any coat in history, so perfectly pink for my love. Just the way she wants it. I don't know if they have any Aritzia in Arizona, but they should.
