I recently went to Ardene a few days ago to buy a dress for my girlfriend. I asked a woman, who I believe is the manager, for help. I noticed an unpleasant odor coming from her, and she didn’t seem to carry herself well, which surprised me considering the store only carries up to an extra-large size. It made me question why they would hire someone who doesn’t fit the store’s image. When I asked her for help finding a small-sized dress, she was rude and even made some body-shaming comments about my girlfriend. To top it off, she was being flirty and inappropriate with me, which made me feel uncomfortable. I also noticed that the staff lacked diversity, as most of the employees seemed to be of Indian descent.

poor quality goods and very bad customer service....finally, they don't even know the dimensions of their own products and when they send you a t-shirt that is nicely photographed but is actually ugly, they don't want to take any responsibility for their goods at their stores... the first and last time I bought something there...

If you want/need medium quality clothing and accessories at affordable prices, this is your store. Ardéne has a wide variety of clothes, shoes, hair accessories, etc that can be put together to create great casual looks to bohemian chic party looks. The location in Vancouver was a nice big space with inventory nicely laid out. The staff were pleasant. I would visit this location again.

My favorite store, I love the different types of styles. They have streat wear, casual wear and a little dressy. It's all really affordable and they always have sales. The shoes are awesome (look like high-end fashion styles) but are affordable as well. I am more plus size, but I am still able to buy a lot of things at Ardene. Hopefully, in the future, they will add 2XL and 3XL

Dirty store and awful customer service by the manager. She accused me of wearing shoes I bought here a few days ago that I only tried on in the store and wouldn’t let me return them. Maybe if they cleaned their floors once in a while the shoes wouldn’t have been so brown on the bottom from dirt.

Staff here are incompetent. Return policy is clear, but they do not abide by it. Don’t waste your time if you need to make a return or exchange here.

Yesterday I bought a total of 4 clothes. However, the cashier only took a barcode and left one of my clothes. You’re not answering the phone so I'm leaving a message here. I'm going to pick it up on Tuesday, so please keep the item that red size s t-shirt Thanks!

Worst customer service ever ! In a wheel chair nooooo automatic doors .... staff never once said hi can I help you nothing... staff were too busy gossiping about their personal lives to help the 4 customers that came in .... picked items out asked staff if they could bring to the front so I can purchase them only to find out when I got home she didn't even ring them in.... ? don't shop at grandville location
