“A little bit of background: We have gone through four espresso machines in the last six years in our barbershop. The espresso market has gone berserk with hundreds of makes and models, fragile electronic components requiring frequent servicing and replacement, most with a LIMITED one-year warranty...etc. In a hot market like this, so many unscrupulous vendors try to ride the gravy train.Our last purchase at Dolce Espresso somehow restored our faith. YES, there are decent vendors in this overhyped market. Amin and Harry listened to our needs, constraints, budget, and so on. They weren’t looking at us through the lens of profit margins but rather addressing our needs. After six years and four bad experiences, we may have found our go-to supplier”

“As far as I'm aware, they're the only business in the city to service portable air conditioners, and when mine broke it was great to have an option. The technicians were prompt, helpful, and straightforward about pricing and timelines. There's no risk involved - if they're not able to fix the issue, they refund the cost. Well worth a try if you need an air conditioner fix or a new appliance from a trusted provider.”

“I bought out Weber grill here and it has been outstanding. I come here often and the great experiences never cease. As a once small child running about the store with the free popcorn that was always offered, the staff have always been the kindest and most helpful. “One staff member from the photolab, I guess his name is Tim, did a really amazing job helping me.
I went there without any reservations or any photo I submitted before. He told me what to do in a very good manner and even help me to get my photo ready so fast. Initially it should be done the day after, but because I really need it asap, he asked the other member to make it quick.
Also thanks for the manager I guess, cuz he accompanied me to get to the photolab.
Overall really good experience”

“The two times I went to London Drugs here to get my vaccine, I had amazing customer service!
They went above and beyond the first time and squeezed me in because I had an injury and needed a vaccine right away but clinics were closed due to long weekend. I usually don’t like medical appointments but the two pharmacists there made me feel at ease and not stressed. They were kind, professional and I am so thankful! I highly recommend them!”

“We prefer to deal with London Drugs for all computer and other electronic products as we find the staff and customer service to be superior. Most of all we keep coming back to London drugs Broadway because of Andy, the head tech at London drugs there. We cannot say enough good about him. He is by far the most knowledgeable computer tech we have ever met and he is kind, fair, patient and explains things so well. Thank you Andy, you are second to none!”

“I would like to write this review commending the pharmacy team and especially the gentleman called sayed. A couple of days ago, my mother called in to have a prescription ready and he spoke to sayed who made quite the nice impression on her. Later when I came to pick up the prescription for her myself, I met him and had a very pleasant interaction which made me appreciate the professionalism and the attitude of the pharmacy as a whole. London drugs might have all one needs, but their pharmacy stays true to the core!”

I was in a panic after dropping a gym weight on my iPhone this morning and the screen went black...thinking it would take days to fix at the Apple store, I dropped by LD Vancouver House and a super friendly, professiona, and speedy Dino D had it fixed in a couple of hours (and thx to applecare, whew). I was soo happy to get it back and he spent a lot of time helping me with the best service ever. Scott”
