Amazing experience! Ben was such a gem, there was an issue with my phone and Ben was so kind and quick to align himself with me and I immediately felt reassured. I was even convinced to buy a phone case in there by Ben.Such a beautiful store too, they have done a really good job with the renovations. Love being in there and amazing staff!

I had a disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Vancouver. While the sales representative I initially dealt with was pleasant, things took a turn for the worse when the manager, Eman, intervened. Eman was arrogant, unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic customer service skills. This encounter has left me with a negative impression, and I will not be returning to this store in the future.

I'm astonished with the efficiency of the Apple Support. I needed a screen replacement for my MacBook and, since I'm on travel and only had 3 days in Vancouver, the store pre-ordered the parts needed and the repair only took 2 HOURS!!!!

I had an excellent experience at the Apple Store, largely thanks to Jackie’s outstanding service.While purchasing an Apple Watch, Jackie was incredibly attentive, taking the time to make sure that everything was set up perfectly and functioning as intended.Jackie was extremely knowledgeable and adept at navigating through the technical aspects of the setup, which made the process seamless. Additionally, her friendly and engaging conversation made the wait for software updates pass by pleasantly.Overall, Jackie’s assistance made my visit both enjoyable and successful. Highly recommend her for anyone needing guidance at this store!

I will never purchase from an Apple Store again. I live in Victoria, BC, and purchased a case for my wife's iPhone 13 Pro Max at an Apple Store while visiting Vancouver. Through my Apple ID, the salesperson was able to determine the model of my wife's iPhone, found that the case was in stock, and had someone in the store bring it to him. Because the case was a gift, I didn't open up the packaging to check that the case was the correct size. When I gave the case to my wife, we discovered that it was not the correct size for a Pro Max. I called the manager of the Apple Store, explained the situation, and he told me that I had to return the product in person. When asked if I could mail it, he declined, saying that "parcels get lost in the mail". Returning to Vancouver from Victoria involves considerable transportation costs, by ferry, buses and metro. I am furious that a big corporation like Apple forces me into this position for a $70 phone case. Moreover, the company no longer provides cases for the iPhone Pro Max, something I should have learned at the Apple Store. Like the company or not, Amazon readily accepts returns. Why can Apple not do the same?

Do not bother to go here, they are so disrespectful of your time and some employees even blatantly ignore you while you’re trying to speak with them. Truly awful service, you’re better off going through Apple Support online.

1. extremely poor attitude from all staff except for the Genius bar staff.2. opened the box on the spot and it was a "defective" product and replace it.3. found bubbles in the screen after 15 days of use.When I entered this Apple store on March 31st to shop, the person who greeted me was indifferent, had no expression and showed impatience. After I brought the Macbook pro, since I wanted to transfer files from my old computer to my new computer on the spot, I made an appointment at the Genius bar to get technical help. However, when I opened the box at this staff, we were both shocked to find out that there was something like WHITE PAINT on the right keyboard of that laptop, it was a defective product. The person who helped me at Genius bar had a good attitude and immediately contacted a coworker to get me a new computer. The staff member who replaced my computer had a very bad attitude as well!!!!Now, I stumbled upon a large bubble underneath the screen of this Macbook pro that has only been in use for 15 days. Can't get rid of it at all.Overall, shopping experience 0/10.P1: replacing evidenceP2: bubble

"My experience at the Pacific Centre Apple Store for repairing my Apple Watch was extremely disappointing. When I brought in my watch with a cracked screen, I was informed that they no longer do repairs and instead replace the watch with a new one. However, the process was far from satisfactory.Firstly, the associate named Andrea failed to inform me that I would need the wristband for the 'new watch' as it doesn't come with one. This lack of communication led to confusion and inconvenience on my part. Not only did I have to inquire about the status of the repair through their online system, but I was also never given a receipt or any indication of when my watch would be ready for pickup.During the pickup, I was made to feel that it was my fault for not taking the old wristband with me. However, I want to stress that the wristband was never given to me; it was left on the table. Despite explaining this, the staff offered no solution and left me waiting without any resolution.Overall, the lack of communication, unavailability of necessary components, poor customer service, and the unjustified blame-shifting make me strongly advise against relying on this store for Apple product solutions. It was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through."

I been a frequent client on that store and never had a bad experience like today .One of the serves spoke to me so sad and stressed he won’t show me the covers colors for my phone he only wanted to tell hem only what I want and buy it !He stressed and after he send me to another coworker! Also I wanted to to buy more stuff but that makes me stop and left.Iam sorry but Iam disappointed this time with the service!
