Sometimes you’ll go in and pay with credit card… no problem. Other times, the owner or guy working decides he wants to charge you an additional fee to use your credit card. No signs anywhere, just how he feels, or feels about you that day.

This is not a place I would recommend. I live in the neighbourhood and like to support local businesses. I bought some items here and got them home to find they were damaged. I brought them back and the man at the counter accused me of doing the damage, refused to replace them or give me my money back. They do not stand by their products and have poor customer service. I will not shop here again as there are better dollar stores in the area

Very rude owner with terrible customer service. I was going here for all my household bits and pieces since moving here 3 months ago but will never spend another cent in this shop. The owner needs to learn the value of repeat customers and how poor customer service negatively affects his own business.

owner accused my friend and i of stealing. neither of us stole anything. i gave it another chance and went back several times because they have nice things for cheap price, but on my latest visit the owner accused me of stealing again. i did not steal. i wont be going back

The worker at Amy's loonie toonie town is extremely rude. He is curt and not nice at all. He is wrongfully accusatory and he makes rude and mean comments to young kids who are just trying to buy things. I like the store, but the worker keeps me from going in.
