Always a great shopping experience here but today’s visit was especially amazing! Phillip was friendly, attentive (not pushy in any way) and extremely helpful; making my holiday shopping a very pleasant one. They went above and beyond and absolutely deserves recognition for it :)

bought two pairs of jeans without realizing they changed their return policy. couldn’t return it to the store and needed to pay for return shipping. fair enough, that’s on me. they deducted the cost of the return courier charges from the refund. they also only refunded the price of the item and not the taxes paid. so, i paid $199 + 23.88 in taxes. they refunded $184. if you shop on their website, be certain of your purchase as a return will cost you.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STOREAs another reviewer pointed out, they don't reimburse you for the 12% tax you pay if you decide to return your items.I bought 2 jackets online, and when their fits were off I tried to return them in store. The clerk said they no longer accepted online returns and it had to be shipped back. I had to pay a $15 restocking fee for each jacket which is fine, but they never refunded me the taxes I paid on both jackets and I'm still out $130.Their customer support is useless telling me to contact CBSA. I sent CBSA the forms AllSaints instructed me to and after 8 months they've rejected my claim. I shared this with AllSaints customer support and they're now telling me to contact CBSA again.Not sure why it's my responsibility to follow-up with CBSA about the taxes when all the transactions have been with AllSaints.This is shady behaviour for a retailer and not worth your time!

Loving the items I bought at this store few weeks ago. I wore it for for an event and got many compliments. Store was nice and had good selections. One of the staff Glenn was super helpful and attentive to my needs, he gave great outfit suggestions and have good style!

You guys sent me both right shoes, I’ve sent an email to customer service however I’m getting one response a week. You’d think there would be an easier/faster way this can be dealt with considering you sent me both the right shoes but different style shoe?

UPDATE: They refunded the taxes and the return fee after I left a few negative reviews.------------------***Warning!!!Do NOT buy from their online store!If you buy from their online store, and make a return, they will NOT refund the taxes they collected at the time of purchase!They use a third party service called "Global-e" for orders from Canada, and it was absolutely horrible. They will charge you a $15 return fee, PLUS they will NOT refund the 12% taxes collected.My return of one item cost me $65 which is $15 return fee + $50 taxes paid that they refuse to refund!I never had any issues with any other online stores outside of Canada refunding taxes they collected directly.I contacted both the Global-e customer service and Allsaints customer service.The Global-e customers service refused to refund the taxes, and the Allsaints customer service just keep telling me to contact Global-e.Clearly, they do NOT care about the customers in Canada! So, do NOT buy from them!
