I ordered flats …. I got half size up and wide from my regular size. The shoe fits very tight on the toes. I. Can see my toe protruding when wearing. They were final sale . Mg money is wasted

Last time I was in Vancouver I got a pair of shoes from here. Shortly after I got home my dog ate my shoes and now that I am back in Vancouver I had to get myself another pair! They are back on my feet and I am remembering why I love to them so much, they are truly the most comfortable pair of sneakers I have ever worn! They are made with wool which keeps your feet dry and they work amazingly! I highly suggest these shoes if living in a damp climate!

From days of purchase in SF and Seattle till now in Kits, the brand has been reliable and offer comfortable walking experience especially with the Tree Runner. I got many pairs from them and will continue supporting the brand! ~ fr a senior who needs good walking sneakers

After experiencing disappointment with our Vessis no longer being waterproof and soles wearing down, we did alot of research and decided to try Allbirds. While their Wool Dasher Mizzles aren't fully waterproof, we preferred having some rain protection over none or shoes with a waterproof layer that would wear off.To our surprise, these shoes were incredibly comfortable and provided excellent support for our feet. We ended up purchasing multiple pairs for different seasons and even got some for our family members. Not only do they look great, but they are also highly breathable and environmentally sustainable. We totally support and respect this company approach to sustainability.

4months after with only occasionally casual walk. Found out online lots of ppl having the same shoe hole quality issue. Tried contacting customer care team and they won’t help .

Wow, love this place. I stopped in today while doing some other shopping in Kit's. Extremely helpful salesperson walked me through the product and how the shoes are made etc. I ended up buying a pair of the shoes. Extremely comfortable and fashionable. Thank you ?

I would recommend calling ahead to see if they actually have what you want in stock. Went in to try on the sugar slides and they actually don’t carry them, which I find weird as it’s a pretty big item for the summertime. The sales person also didn’t really seem knowledgeable about size/fit of the slippers so it was a pointless trip.

I am so happy that an Allbirds is in Vancouver! I have been so excited to see and try some of the new products and styles they carry, but I haven't been able to go to the U.S. to see the styles. I ended up coming in here just to take a look and ended up walking out with two pairs. It's a bit far from me, so I'm happy I was able to see all the products, but anytime something new comes out, I'll probably just come here to buy my first pair. I even convinced my partner to buy a pair of shoes after showing him how comfortable and light the shoes I was grabbing are!

Went to the sneak peek on the first day of store opening. It was packed and was absolutely chaotic with hardly a place to stand. Have been a customer for Allbirds for a couple of years and will visit the store again when it gets a bit calmOverall nice looking store with clean displays of shoes and apparel
