Greedy, Scam Company, will take advantage of your situation. Don’t use this storage facility unless you want to get ripped off and have them keep your belongings, that you may have had your whole life. Will give you a deal then raise the price without telling you. Also not a very safe area. If i could give 0 stars I would’ve.

Very greedy company. I paid them everything I had for year, during the pandemic. Even though I had to shut down my company I paid them. When I couldn’t pay and wanted to take my stuff out of there after a month of not being able to paying, I asked them if I can take my stuff out and pay the month when I’m able to, they locked me out. Now it’s been some time and there’s no way I can pay the ridiculous bill they’re asking me to pay. I definitely don’t recommend this storage facility. There’s stuff I need for my new home and for my son, that I had stored there thinking I’m able to move to new home right away. I wasn’t expecting to be there for more than a couple of months.

Kimmy and her coworkers have done nothing but go above.amd beyond for me in such a trying circumstamce these past few months have brought me. They provide trolleys, have 2 key padded entries and a key lock on the door of the actual storage so you never have to question the security of your things. Kimmy always brings a kind smile to the table. She has been very lenient with me in making payment plans so I can make sure I don't lose my whole life and get my normal life started again.

We stored our company supplies with allcity, perfect location easy access to Downtown or East side and Northshore. The 15x13 storage size is a huge one for business owners. Highly recommended, the staff is also very friendly and nice. Thank you

Fantastic self-storage in Vancouver! The location of the facility is excellent, very easy to access being close to downtown and minutes from the highway. Kimmy was extremely helpful in setting up my account and showing me my options. She was responsive and helpful and I have referred my friends to go to All City Storage. The loading bay was very helpful for my big move. I highly recommend going here!

I had a good experience there. It's clean, well secured and easy to access as they had 3 hugh loading bays that can fit 10t trucks. Their promotion is the reason why I went there. Good price.

Extremely professional staff always there to assist you. Location is perfectly located with loading docks. Very clean and secure facility. Receipt of packages permitted which is perfect for businesses. I will highly recommend All City Storage to my clients.

Very shady manager named Kimmy. She first quoted me for a storage unit which was 8x10m but when I went to the unit there was a structural post in the middle of the unit, making it impossible to store large items -- so she gave me another unit. Then halfway through filling the new unit, my movers realized that it was not an 8x10 unit, so they measured it... It was 5.5x10!!!!! So she finally gave us a unit that was the correct size, but the entire time I was footing the bill for my movers. I asked to make this right, and all she had was excuses. Long-story-short, don't trust the lady working as a "manager" named Kimmy, very deceptive person. Better yet, use another storage facility.

Best self-storage in Vancouver! easy to find and the sign up process is super easy and efficient. Kimmy is very helpful in setting up the account and system. The building is fully secured 24/7, very neat and easy access. The rates are also one of the best in town compares to other storage companies. Loading bay are also perfect to move larger items, would not want to go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

We have rented 5 storage lockers with Allcity storage, the facility is very clean and easy to commute to. Loading bay is nicely design would fit in different size of trucks and have many tools you need for moving. The storage units are properly designed to easily find the spot and the storage manager is super helpful would arrange your locker locations effectively to assist you with an easy move. I would recommend all my friends and family here.

I've never gotten a storage facility before this, so I don't have much to compare it to. But I can tell you that it was super easy to move into and out of, and the manager, Alfred, was so helpful. More than once, he went out of his way to make my life easier and help me when he definitely didn't need to. He seems like just a genuinely good guy.The place was clean, easy to access, efficiently run, and overall made my move so much easier than normal. Plus, if you're on the 7th floor, it's such a great and unique view of the city.
