I just got my samba pair today and the sales agent who worked with me was so nice, I couldn’t have a chance to ask her name but I think she’s Korean. I was looking for a size around 6-7.5 (considered as small sz and it was really hard to find my size either online or in-store) I think they’re already sold out but she told me that she’ll check for me… I couldn’t remember how many time she went to the shoe room and went back ?? thank you so much I appreciate it! ??

Visited the store on Friday and was helped by a helpful staff member who guided me in purchasing a pair of Adidas Superstars for my teen daughter. The store did not have the correct size so she advised the male shoe in a size smaller would fit. I purchased these and upon returning home we found they were a size too large still. I called the store on Sunday to see if we could exchange them and to check if they had a size smaller - size described the shoe style and was assured they had them and would put them aside. Upon arriving at the store 2 hours later, a male staff member advised they do not have that size. I asked if they have them at their other stores or warehouse etc - he said they do and I could perhaps get a refund and make an online order myself. He walked off and started trying hats on. So I approached the staff at the counter and asked to return the shoes for a full refund. We then proceeded to visit the Footlocker on Robson st to see if they had the Adidas shoe in the correct size. They didn’t have them in store but the staff member placed an order for us online and we paid in store. The shoes arrived 2 days later to our home. The crazy thing was the shoes were $60 cheaper at the footlocker than the actual Adidas store and the service and communication was so much better.

We always stop by when visiting as there are not a lot of them in the US either.
Very walkable location to the high street area with a larger than normal sidewalk

LAZY AND DISRESPECTFUL. Went right after work to return an item and it was only 6:57pm and the door was already closed! There was an employee by the door so I said I just need to return an item and it’ll be quick. He didn’t even say a word, shrugged and left. The other female employee by the clothes rack just stood there laughing. Completely unprofessional and they clearly lack work ethic. Hours of operation is from 11AM - 7PM, which means you guys should be working until 7PM. The store should also not be closed past 7PM. If these lazy employees don’t plan on working till 7PM, then the hours of operation and their wage should be adjusted. Such a waste of time and I hope they get replaced!

I absolutely love this adidas store! They carry a great selection of lifestyle adidas sneakers, including the coveted Y3s and Humanrace Pharrell Williams Sambas. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. I purchased a pair of Humanrace Sambas and they helped me in finding the perfect size and colorway. Excellent experience!

I don’t like shopping, and I was stressed finding shoes for a dance show, yet somehow I had a great time buying a pair of shoes today at this Adidas. Ciara is the best! She helped me out even though I expected a wait because it was busy, and somehow paid attention to everyone. Thanks!!
