As someone else stated, I would give this company a 0 if I could. this guy is a joke. I brought my taxes in June 14th, it's now Dec 15th and he has still not done them. I live in the building and he's told me by the end of the week for 6 months now no joke. finally told him today, just give me my stuff back. half the time I'd walk by the office and he was playing solitaire. this guys a joke

I would give this company a 0 if I could. They took 6 months to do my tax returns. I went back every week to pick them up and they were never ready.The Government hasn't even received my tax info from them yet. I am assuming he didn't send them in. I have to send in my own copies because Andrew cannot be trusted. Just like other bad reviews say, he lies and never returns messages, just cannot be trusted. I should have talked to other people and checked reviews first because responses from others is pretty bad.

Terrible service. They don’t respond mails. The guy told me that everything okay but every time I’m having problems with my tax returns and GST. I tried to contact them but again I couldn’t get any respond.. I had one friend and also he is complaining about same thing. They don’t care about customers

I used accountant tax this year and they are the worst firm to do business with for multiple reasons. 1. Andrew Adam and his business partner Edgar Hoefner will lie about when your taxes will be ready. Once you email them or call on the due date, they will never respond to your email or calls. 2. Andew and Edgar have terrible customer service skills , very low knowledge about taxes and poor communicators 3.Edgar Hoefner, literally left my file uncompleted and took off for the tax season without even letting me know. I spoke to Andrew and he was not even apologetic of the horrible behavior of his business partner, instead he spoke to me with a condescending tone. 4. As a client, we cannot even issue a complaint about them to the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC (CPABC) because these clowns are not CPA licensed. I highly DO NOT recommend anyone to use the services of these bozos clowns, save yourself the headache.

I've used Accountax these past few years for my tax returns even when I moved out from West End. I was hoping to use them again for 2022. I emailed the documents earlier in April but got no reply. I tried calling and sending a message in the middle of the month via their website but all I got is a reply from a Rabani Bubber, whom I never met or heard work from the company, saying they got my documents and working on my return. Never heard from them again. So I suspect they were either hacked, or someone incompetent took over the company. Since I didn't hear from them last week, I decided to do my return myself which only took hours. Sadly, I will not use them again as I don't trust the new guy at all.

Stay Away from Andrew, this guy is simply a huge timewaster and not knowledgeable at all about taxes. He's also the worst communicator ever, simply will not reply to emails and will lie about completion times repeatedly , I trusted him to do corporate and personal ones and 2 months later at the last minute when they are due decides he doesn't want to do them anymore royally screwing me over. There is a reason why his review score is terrible. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Took all my papers and didn’t do anything for two months, didn’t answer or return my calls. I had to go in person to collect my documents and find someone else. Terrible experience that had detrimental effects on my finances.
