Dropped off 1 roll of 35mm film on Friday noon. Scans ready on the next Wednesday noon. Efficient and solid quality. A nice touch they do not cut the film strip.

4.5 stars - My favourite place to print photos. The photo colours is true to what I see on my phone and laptop. The light and dark contrast in my prints isn’t too stark either!The only downside is the opening hours - it can be difficult to pick up photos if your work hours overlaps with their work hours.

I recently had my very first film camera roll developed and scanned here, and I really like the result. A staff named Esther was so much helpful, answering my questions with easy to understand explanations. She is professional and her service was amazing. I brought my second film roll here as well because of Esther. I plan to continue using this place for as long as I am in Vancouver.

Went into ABC with a fairly sizable project I wanted prints for. The person working at the counter was unhelpful and their manner was rude and hurried. I went in hoping to use their expertise to find the best path for the project and instead was met with an aggressive feeling behavior that left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. No questions about what i was looking for or trying to achieve, and no apparent desire to provide real information about the products. I used to use ABC back in the day when I produced more prints and was happy to be going back as they always had decent quality. But they really need to figure out who is working with the public as this was a terrible experience that left me feeling quite icky.

How does anyone get anything done with these hours? I guess this shop just isn't for people who have 9-5 jobs. What a shame.

I needed passport photos taken for my teenage son who has autism and is very difficult to deal with in terms of following instructions, etc. The woman (sorry didn’t get her name) was extremely patient and understanding in her busy day and took numerous shots until we got it right.Highly recommend!

WOW... asking a simple question, "can you print from large format negatives" actually made the woman from ABC go completely indignant, like how dare I contact her for this information - I should have called another number or something to that affect.Nope - seems ABC is not interested in obtaining new customers with that kind of attitude. Yikes!!!...

I strongly recommend ABC Photo! They are very knowledgeable, efficient, straightforward, and reliable!Esther phoned me immediately after I left a voicemail and delivered outstanding prints of family photos that we wanted to preserve.I highly recommend ABC Photos based on my experience and will be returning for more photo preservation and prints.

Quality lab that does fine work, but very unfriendly staff. Rude and condescending approach to customers, and dismissive and defensive after making mistakes (sent my images to someone else’s email and then tried to charge me to rescan them). There are other lab options in Vancouver with much nicer people.

The service could be better. Method on how images are sent to client was not clearly communicated. Then when called back to ask for a new link to access developed photos the lady asked for money to resend the link while upholding an unfriendly attitude. May I suggest getting a file transfer account that doesn’t have expiring transfers and maybe not charge customers to resend a link.
