Terrible brainless extensions. Wasted money purchasing them and installing. Will have to get them removed. They are a tangled disaster. They get tangled minutes after straightening them. Damaging my actual hair in the process.

The service my mother received was top notch ….and honest: After patiently allowing my mother to try on numerous hair pieces, it was suggested that parting her own hair on the other side would help her achieve the look she wanted, forgoing a potential sale.

This is the best store for hair products in the world. I am absolutely in love with the staff and have been for years. I always leave with a smile on my face! Their products are perfect high quality EVERY TIME. They always respond ASAP on socials when I have hair questions, and put stuff on hold for me when I need it! I will never go elsewhere, love you Abantu!!

I just came home with a new wig ($207.20), quality too bad. I tried to brush it and all hair started coming out. Customer service was great.

I'm going through chemotherapy right now and it's just been a really sensitive time. I came in this store very nervous as I've never been wig shopping or gone through hair loss. I was given a private area to try on wigs and shown the utmost compassion. Tanya was amazing and so informative. I was really touched by how great the service was, such a warm and welcoming environment.

I order online from Abantu on occasion and have shopped in store one time. All experiences have been good but my most recent shopping experience deserves a 10/10 review.I have multiple time sensitive events coming up (hair appointment, baby shower and maternity photos) and they emailed me to let me know extensions I ordered and paid for online unfortunately were not in stock. SO you can understand my initial disappointment. They gave me the option of waiting 2-3 weeks for them to come in, but as I said i have multiple events coming up (including my hair appointment for install) that are within the 2 week time line.We went back and forth by email (they were very prompt) discussing ordering different lengths and how long they would take to arrive. We settled on ordering one shade darker than my existing extensions and they have offered to overnight ship them to me to make sure I have them in time. Im grateful for the understanding and the time they took to make sure we came to the best possible outcome.I will include that these are the best quality tape in extensions I have used and I have tried many different brands. Even my stylist has commented on the quality and longevity, shes very impressed. They are the "Bohyme Essential Silky Straight Tape Ins 18" Extensions" I get shade 2 and its a perfect match for me.Thank you for great service!

Went in for a wig as I do drag, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with such amazing energy. Nicole really helped me out here and is an awesome person! When I come back to town, I'm visiting again ?

I should have came here in the first place because 8 other stores I’ve been to between Calgary and Vancouver, Abantu had my color in stock!!I wish I had listen to my gut the first time!!!I have ashy blonde hair and needed clip in remy extensions but most places i’ve checked do not have my color and i didnt want to spend extra $$ to tone it!I forgot her name now, but she was so bubbly and happy and knew exactly what color I needed as soon I walked in the door with my baby. I hope the business owners could tell her how much I appreciated her. She was so honest, not aggressive and very knowledgeable! I felt instant good vibes/energy when I entered the store!I will see how these clip in extensions are and will write a review in a few months :)
