I recently purchased a game from A-1 Trade, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Mark was incredibly nice and courteous throughout the entire process. He kindly bartered with me, bringing down the price and even held the game until I could get there. The game works perfectly, just as promised. Thank you, Mark, for your excellent service and making my visit to the shop a pleasant one. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately didn't catch the name of the gentleman helping me but gotta say this is a pretty nice store. From the nice and friendly gentleman at the counter to the nice clean well kept store. Quality service. Was offered pretty much what I was looking to get. There were a few quality issues with what I brought in but the gentleman honored his offer and even explained how I can fix the sticky buttons. Which he could have just told me he's offering less and offered no advice but did the opposite. The rating definitely reflects their service as it is top notch. There's a few places I've been too before that were no where near as nice as this store and came no where near offering what they did here. If you're in a jam these guys will definitely do what they can to offer you top dollar for you items.

Recently bought an Xbox Series X off them, The Staff there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the price was reasonable. I have used their services multiple times and have always left feeling they were both fair and upfront. A good experience all round. Would recommend.

Awesome ? ? ? ? skills at customer service in this store. I came here especially few weeks ago to purchase Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra 5G. Also purchased 128GB Storage Card.

It’s my first time to go here, and the person who’s assisted me is very helpful. I sell my 10k gold necklace because I need some cash at that time and I was satisfied with the offer. I got my cash in just a few minutes! I really recommend this place they are selling phones , laptops, tv, cameras etc. too. Their service is amazing!

Really good place to purchase goods at affordable prices. I bought an iPad 8th generation for $325, steal of a deal. It was in perfect condition and everything checked out perfectly. I’ll be returning again and highly recommend this place.
