I went to this 7Eleven at 8:30pm on April 12, 2024. There was a male and a female staff member on duty. It was a busy night yet they remained friendly, courteous, and kind. They made us a fresh batch of meatballs and chicken tenders. Overall, a pleasant experience.

A convenience store on a busy intersection, there were a couple of folks "hanging out" that gave me pause. But this is Canada and we're all friendly, right? So I "helloed" them back and went into the store.Neatly laid out and with plenty of snacks and drinks. The coffee bar looked well stocked and was very tidy. Ready to go!I found my small container of milk and a package of cookies. After my high carb dinner earlier, I was craving more carbs for dessert! 7-Eleven got it done.Back into the Sprinter van with no trouble. It is not a very large parking lot and since they are also a distributor for Esso fuel products, it's tight.

I think I’ve had the same female cashier that a couple of previous reviewers have had. Generally, I come here to refuel my company’s car. Never had a problem. Today, on a personal errand, I came here to pick up two gift cards. The cashier, young lady with dark rimmed glasses, was extremely condescending and downright rude. Idk how she ever found herself in a job that requires customer service skills but management should really review her people skills and see if these reviews can be used as an educational opportunity for her because she could either really benefit from it or realise that this is not the job space for her character/personality.

This is kind of my go to 7 eleven store. Never had a single issue until today. Everyone was nice in the store. But today as I kind of had Multiple items to buy and was telling the cashier one by one she got loud at me. I didn't even dare to ask her questions or add something else. Picked up whatever I already got and left. Probably she was having a bad day but at no point did I raise my voice or be rude. When she told me that I have to ask for everything at the same time not one by one I even apologized to her.I work in retail and have never heard of this kind of absurd rule that everything has to be asked at once. When she said "have a good day", I couldn't care less. She already made my good day bad. There are a couple of Indian guys and a lady with short grey hair. They are my go to people there. I love them. Always polite and helpful. But this indian lady with glasses is not ready to serve customers yet. She needs more training about how to deal with stressful situations. I will probably be back to this location but if I see her serving there at that moment, I will definitely be leaving.

I paid the eco fee for a cup of hot water at many locations of 7 eleven and it didn't mater what size I picked until today at the 7 eleven. A self-obsessed employee decided to take up the mater into her own hands then blame it on head office. As a entrepreneur homeless person I found this offensive because most of the staff know I'm homeless.I don't know if she's lording her service over me because of my status.Other then being put to the test when paying for products I've found a great atmosphere around most employees at most 7-eleven stations.Thank you.

night staff (11pm) are unprepared when it comes to handling money. seems debit and credit card is preferred.staff was rude.asking customers to take 17$ in change is a little ridiculous. 2 min procedure made paper tender available. store was empty of customers upon my arrival, making being prepared to make change for 20$ quite easy.lazy

Ordered from Uber Eats on January 6, 2023. Quality of food wasn’t considered. One of my orders were wedges and were given small burnt inedible ones. The order was for a small child and unfortunately we had to throw it away as it might lead to some health concerns.I hope the staff responsible will be given a serious lecture on customer service as motivation for occupation should not be simply due to compensation or money. But also, should be about service and social significance as well as responsibility.

I love the style of this 7/11 and I think that this is a great location where there is a Walmart & Superstore near by and a park right behind the store! Very nice staff working there and loved the experience going to this 7/11. Overall, great services.

Amazing staff at this location. I don't usually feel inclined to leave a positive review of a 7-Eleven after visiting, but I seriously walked out of there impressed. Just went in to use the washroom and grab an energy drink and the staff blew me away with their ability to absolutely smash expectations. What should've been an interaction that I never think back on again turned out to be so grand that I go out of my way to find the exact location on Google Maps and give my honest and candid feedback. Shout out to Kilp!
