I have an interview today at this 7 eleven location at 12:30Pm and i reached there at 12:20Pm but they didn't even take my interview. Employees said interviews are already done. But why i got interview time for 12:30. For evidence i have attached screenshots of interview. So bad, experience. ??

Was just coming after late night class from college and i needed to buy uncooked pizza for dinner and some wings and wedges to eat at that moment also, But i want to wash my hands before so i asked for the washroom keys but the staff was so rude with me and they wanted me to buy the stuff and take that stuff along with me to the washroom. I also asked them that you can bill me before letting me use the washroom but the staff was drunk or something and was just stick to one statement that no public washroom. Even they were too loud at me, i feel so embarrassed in front of my friends and other crowd at the store. 7 eleven Team Kindly look into the issue it was at 25 july between 10:30-10:50 and the guy name was Cicro

I hope the manager or FC of this area sees this.Don’t even deserve a star.Just few mins ago was coming back from work and decided to get a coffee which was free on my 7/11 app, it was not showing on their till and two employees wanted me to redeem it again or buy it, one of the employee (tall older guy) was very aggressive and was saying it’s your problem either you buy it or no and things like that.

Pretty sure my chicken tenders were still raw. One was still soggy like it was still defrosting. The other two were chewy and wouldn't tear apart. I think their oven is broken as i did see them come out of the oven when the timer went off. No time to go back as my break was almost up. Had to throw it away ☹️ Do Not get their Chicken!Spent my last $6 so I wasn't even able to get a replacement lunch

Store employee aged lady is very rude . Need to be provide customer service classes . Follow up by owner. Today I buy 7 bags of ice and I want to some payment by my card and some of cash . But aged lady wearing glasses she told me we not accept card pay by cash. There is one girl is also there with lady . Girl is ok and if owner ask girl can explain . Give one poor zero star to lady . Need to be improved customer service .

The staff here is so great but they are so overwhelmed with problem 'customers' that I feel terrible for them. There needs to be permanent security staff here.
