Service beyond all expectations!!My husband misplaced his wallet, when he returned 30 minutes later, they not only had it behind the counter, they insisted he take a coffee on the house. Everything was in tact and he was totally impressed by this level of service.

Hey it's a 711 down town there will be street people, so keep your visits to earlier times. though its also Canada if you don't engage with them you will be left alone. Get you snacks and get out, no need to linger.

If I could give a zero, I would! I went with my bf so we could both cash in our scratch tickets and then also buy a few items as well. When we got to the till the Indian girl working at the cash register tried to rip us off, once we pointed it out, she fixed it (which was fine). BUT right after fixing it, she made ANOTHER mistake, which ripped us off again, and I never ended up getting the money that I won on my scratch ticket. Instead, she made us pay more for our purchase and kept the money for the winning tickets. When we tried to correct her again, she started to argue with us about the situation. There was a huge line being held up behind us, so we ended up just walking away from the situation.... the sheer unprofessional way have handling the situation and then acting like we were in the wrong was downright distasteful and the worst customer service I've ever had.

My bank statement showed two charges for one purchase. I disputed the extra charge with the store and the manager went out of his way to check transactions for the period surrounding my purchase to clarify the charge. His audit, which I witnessed, was thorough and time consuming and ultimately proved that the double charge had been an interac issue. I was grateful for his diligence and attention to my complaint especially in light of how very busy the store is.

This place is very nice close to the beach . Everyone should visit this place . From like last 1 month coffee at this place is just 99 scents . Any medium coffee u can get in less than 1 dollar . That’s the most cheapest and best coffee I have ever tried .

I went to 7-Eleven as a new immigrant, and it was super nice! The store is clean and has lots of things. The people who work there are really friendly and helped me find stuff. They made shopping easy and fun. I recommend this 7-Eleven to everyone, especially if you're new in town. It's a great place!

Friendly, clean, convenient. What more can you ask? Oh wait, great coffee! And the clerk made sure we got the better deal by buying the larger size that was on sale. Will be back.

Can’t sell a lighter even with a picture of my ID? Everywhere else does. Crackheads can buy them and start a fire outside but I can’t to light my candle????? I’m clearly of age. The lady working seems to always be on some sort of power trip… Just go to CircleK and save yourself the headache.

I am going at this store whenever I visit English Bay beach. I went today noon. Felt huge change like organized and cleanliness in store. All items are very easy to buy. Staff told me about BOGO offer which saved my money. Really appreciate efforts of staff.Thank you for facilitating great service.
