Friendly customer service, the food was fresh when I went in, they have a great selection of snacks the store was clean. Better then other stores I’ve been to.

Construction going on. Not sure of what. Maybe a car wash. Three parking spots. One was taken by a construction vehicle. So 2 spots. Terrible location. They don't speak English. Don't seem to care about understanding what you are saying, just yelling back and forth at each other in, presumably, Hindi. No customer service here. 3 people working inside and it was still painful. Awful experience. Avoid it here if at all possible

Wow there’s a lot of real mistreatment upon the customers here. The service is really bad.
I’m also starting to believe that also. One time a woman at the counter didn’t know how to use the optimum points for a car wash. She asked if I have any? I clearly have over 800,000 points LOL.
Another time I went through the car wash with a luxury purchase, there wasn’t any soap coming out. I was asked to come back another time? But they wouldn’t give me a refund? Just told me to come back tomorrow or the next day?
I bought a cup of coffee before 11pm. It was stale. There response was sorry nobody drinks coffee at night? Well can you tell me which one isn’t stale LOL.
I’m just glad my pizza turned out ok. ?

Always had to go inside to get the gas receipt and the lady staff with glasses is so rude that whenever i ask for receipts she keeps to her side of table so that i have reach and take it

Terrible experience. I was asked how long I have been driving and was told I should know how to pump gas. My credit card didn't work, so I went inside and got preapproved for $50. When I went to the spot indicated on the receipt, a truck was already there, so I patiently waited my turn. When I finally got a spot, I was told it was my fault for not talking to the person already at the pump. I was told, "A person like you comes every day. Wow." I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Overall, it was a horrible experience. The manager on-site has no manners and should not talk to customers like that.

There’s a reason this has station has 2 star rating and it’s definitely sub par customer service… what a joke. Came in to get gas and the guy didn’t understand how optimum redemption points works. Tried to tell me I had to fill my tank first then come back and redeem more points to get more money off.

I just tried to buy $10 of Lotto Max. I told the girl that is working there right now to give me $10 of Lotto Max, and she even asked me if I wanted extra. I said no. I guess she heard what she felt like hearing, so she gave me a $10 big jackpot pack. It's not hard to understand $10 of Lotto Max. It's not good if you can't even take simple instructions like that. I took the thing anyway just because she tried to fight me on it. It's the same thing but not really.

Do no go here for a car wash. 15 dollars and I could have spat on my car to make it cleaner. I showed an employee and was told that someone should've told me my car was too dirty. I expected another car wash atleast. I got nothing but someone telling me that the car was too dirty.
