Review your 24hr surveillance data, train your staff to deal with this issue.
7-Eleven has the money to hire security services, get on it 7-ELEVEN and protect your business and more importantly your loyalty customers.

It’s crazy watching how much blatant shoplifting goes on at the 711’s downtown especially this one. I’ve witnessed entire shelves cleaned out in seconds by people followed by another person cleaning out another shelf of items and throwing it into large trash bags and just walk out no problems. I’ve heard that sandwiches can’t be left out on display because of how consistently they are stolen. I still have great respect for the team working there but I imagine it’s incredibly difficult watching somebody clear out your entire shelf after you’ve restocked everything. I hope there’s plans to fix this because I’m watching hundreds of dollars in stolen goods leave the store when i am at the store buying my coffee or snacks

Everytime I come here at night the guy says it’s closed for cleaning. The store is supposed to be open 24hours. If you come here past 12am he says it’s closed for 5 hours for cleaning and he’s on his phone chillin out.

Excellent service on Monday night from the guy with the long hair. Super fast and quick to point out we had the wrong straws (big gulp instead of slurpees) and gave us the correct ones!! Thanks cool 7-eleven person!!!

Normally isn't bad... Pretty much your typical 7-11.
However - it claims to be 24/7 and when you arrive at 345 am they are “closed”
I'm going to call to see what's up because this isn't cool considering many of the 7-11’s are no longer open 24/7 ?

My kids had an excellent time browsing the shelves for their favorite treats. The store was very nicely stocked up on snacks, and my kids and I all found satisfying desserts to snack on.

This is the WORST 7-11 I've encountered, which is one hell of an accomplishment. Most recently (tonight), I broke my vow to never go back because it was very late and I was craving potato chips.First of all the doors were all locked, but I saw a worker inside as I walked by and they opened the doors just for me - apparently they needed to do cleaning. Their chips aisle was having a sale on Old Dutch chips, a fine Canadian product - two for $8.50 or so, about a three dollar saving. But once I got to the register I was informed that the discount only applied if you bought two of the SAME FLAVOUR of Old Dutch chips. So even though I was buying two bags of Old Dutch chips, both of which were on sale, it would cost me more than $3 extra because they were different flavours. Because of the chips I was also going to splurge on a two-for soda deal, and also buy some chip dip, all of which I walked out on, so they lost over $20 in sales. Smart.
There's another 711 a few blocks away at the foot of Cambie bridge, I recommend the stroll.
