Decent customer service is not hard too find! Do better! Teach your employees some customer service skills, or at the very least some person to person skills! Absolutely inept when dealing with anything that their computer can’t solve!

I’ve known this location for many years and spent most of my childhood summers in this neighborhood. Not too long ago I downloaded the app and there were many promotions. If you time it right you can get grocery staples like eggs and milk.
The only unfortunate part when earning points with the app is that those points can expire. So if you have thousands of points be wary.

I don't know why , every time I fill up gas here , it is hard for me to get the final receipt , they always blame some things wrong so they can't issue the receipt . The reason I need the receipt because I am an owner operator for a courier company, every day I drive a lot so I spend a lot of money on gas ( about 50 to 70 dollars a day ) and I work 7 days a week , so I spend almost 2000 dollars a month on gas , then I need the receipts for my income tax , and I live close by plus I have Petro Canadia points card , so I prefer to fill up gas here every day, but I always have problems here for getting the final receipts , I complained with the with the lady in the morning shift ( she call herself as a manager) , but problems still happen on and on , and I ask for the boss , they always refuse by saying that this store has no boss , it is a franchise store so nobody owns it ( very stupid reason ) , now I have to give up and try to fill up in other Petro Canada gas stations , I hope this message can reach to the boss so you can solve this issue so we can work better in the future .

The cashier girl with glasses and bun was very rude and unwilling to help. She was angry at us while we were asking for our points to get redeemed. The manager was nice and ready to help.That girl need to learn to smile and greet people. We come here on regular basis never seen her before.

I don’t expect much but when 7 eleven workers are on their phones and giving dirty looks?! What’s wrong this place? Also the bathroom is always out of service. This place is just the worst. 0 mannerism 0 professionalism.
