I live in the neighborhood & went into this shop quickly because the cashier at the post office across the street said to & I had to print off a shipping label as the post office doesn’t have a printer.
The cashier at this shop charged me nearly $8 for the single page printout & one of those 99 cent cans of Arizona iced tea. I had to email the shop’s listed email to get the print out & immediately after started to get spammy & phishing emails from hackers. Will file a police report.
Moreover it’s a bad indication of customer service & hostile environment. Won’t be back

It's one of the few 24 hour convenience stores dotted throughout the city of Vancouver that has a decent array of products and foodstuffs, that doesn't gouge your wallet, purse or murse. I visit there at least twice per week for the odds and ends that I sometimes miss whenever I do my large twice monthly food shopping or whenever I run out of zigzag rolling papers or it's late at night & my BIC lighter runs out of fluid.

Dude tried to charge me 57$ instead of 27$ for a disposable vape. He saw that I was going to use my phone to tap and didn't turn the machine towards me. I called him out and it was clear it wasn't a mistake

Been supporting this small business for years. Staff is always welcoming and friendly and they carry lots of snacks that other convenience stores along the block do not have. Always an amazing experience!!

never had a bad experience here, but lots of interesting ones ? this place has such a wide cariety of stuff you get all kinds of people. sometimes its blinged out fellas in bmws looking for hookah accessories, sometimes businessmen looking for a vape pen, and tons of people looking to buy a quick pack of smokes.they're a well equipped head shop that also has nice snacks and even specialty cereals! i was so hyped to learn the other day that they also cut keys, that's a blessing. went in and got keys cut in five minutes!!staff is friendly, helpful and PATIENT ?

I've been shopping here for over 15 years. The staff here have decided Covid isn't important enough to wear a mask for the health and safety of their customers and the public. When I confronted the owner and told him to wear a mask he shrugged it off and said he wears it sometimes. I told him I won't be spending my money there anymore. Which was about 20$ a day. Totaling $7300/year. I will also be telling my friends who shop there to shop elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this review and takes time to seriously think about his thoughtless and heartless actions in not wearing a mask and not enforcing provincially mandated mask wearing for his staff. The owner and staff here should be ashamed. These people cater to dozens of senior citizens every day. Absolutely shameful.

Terrible customer service. I went in to change lottery tickets and the guy didn’t even want to look at them until I pre check it which is fine. I couldn’t find the bar code on one and he was like too bad and pushed it back at me and started doing other things. I eventually found it and he scanned them and then looked at the people behind me and started giving them his attention and completely ignored me. I had to ask if I could get my winnings multiple times and he didn’t care until everyone else was gone. I was waiting for so long. Even people that came way after me.Never go here.

Someone who works at this shop attacked me last night on commercial drive. I was just walking and he came behind me groped me and tried to grab me. I fought him off but this pervert should be stopped!!!!! This was the most disgusting and traumatizing experience of my life.

It is easily missed but close to the train station. I always come here before catching the #20 going downtown to get some ice cream. They're the only store that has the MINT Oreo ice cream sandwich. $$ but awesome. Customer service is awesome. It is a very hole in the wall place.
