This was my first time bringing my car into a repair shop and for an icbc claim as well.
The turnaround time to get an estimate and repair date was very quick. (Same week as the day I called them).
The repair was for a rear quarter panel/bumper collision. The team at 24 HR did a great job with replacement, painting, etc. They even washed/detailed my car free of charge, which I really appreciate.
The stand-out reason to go to this shop is easily the manager, Amir. He is super friendly, informative, and transparent about anything related to your repair. I'm lucky to have chosen a shop with someone like him working there.
Overall, you will be in good hands if you choose this shop for your auto repair, and I would definitely choose them again.

Unfortunately I had an accident with my Sienna. Fortunately there’s 24 hr Collision. My van was restored to mint condition on the outside and detailed the inside to brand new, my eyes didn’t believe how clean it was afterwards.
Our point of contact from start to finish was Amir who was professional, courteous, extremely polite and very knowledgeable about everything. Did not hesitate to help us in any way. Cheers.

I had a fairly serious accident and had to leave my car at 24hr Collision, and I think it was an excellent choice. Above of all, Amir at the reception was very kind and explained the progress of the repair process at each stage very well. Most importantly, my car was perfectly fixed, and I’m extremely satisfied. If you ever have a car accident, I highly recommend this place!

There is nothing good about car accidents. However, Amir and team did a great job making a tough situation as easy as possible. We appreciated the frequent updates, and comfortable loaner (RAV4).

My name is Mark. I recently got rear- ended while driving my Mazda MX5, Roadster. Basically the whole rear end needed replacing. The staff at 24 hr. Collision were curious professional and do great work. My car came back basically looking brand new. The courtesy car was also greatly appreciated while my sweet ride was rebuilt.
