The ladies in this store were really awesome today. They put something aside for me when I called in, and also found me another great deal on another item when I arrived. The quality and elegance is amazing. The price was right. Thanks for making a great shopping experience.

Nicky assisted me today and she was extremely helpful. I lost my rings while traveling, and she assisted me in finding them. She looked up my purchase history and determined which ones were the rings that I lost. I was able to purchase one in the store as the other ones was not in stock and she assisted me to look up, which stores has them. Thank you, Nikki for your help today.

I'm a long term Swarovski customer. So I am well familiar with the "regular" level of Swarovski service, and this store is waaaaaaay below any acceptable level of customer service. I only came to this store because my regular store did not have the items in stock.Tsawwassen store's salespeople are unprofessional incompetent, they don't know what they are doing, and do not own their mistakes. I ended up driving for two hours for nothing, because the salesperson did not know how to apply the applicable company promotion coupon. Then I was given instructions to place an online order, so they would get delivered to me. Those instructions did not work out for the discount I was entitled to either. But the store associate did not do anything to fix it even after a long phone conversation, even though I offered several options. They wasted a lot of my time - and money! Stay away from this store! There are many other places to shop, incl. other Swarovski stores around Vancouver.

Love this store. Always sales but I'm actually surprised to see nothing locked up behind glass. The ladies were keen on it though in this day and age . If your gonna go to steal don't bother cause they're right on you! Good job ladies !

Be careful with any jewelry you buy. The earrings have a great post but the backs on them are garbage metal. Use caution when buying them. Over priced sparkly earings. Save the trip and just go to Peoples next door and buy a gold pair for the same price
