This location itself is nice and the staff are friendly BUT do not buy a ring or the lifetime protection plan. If I could leave no stars I would.My engagement ring and band was purchased (2019) along with the plan. My ring style included 2 pink sapphires in the design (front and back of ring). After wearing this ring of maybe a year one of the sapphires fell out, went to a different location to get it replaced. It was fixed with no issues (as it was part of the protection plan), not even 6 months later it happened again (same side sapphire fell out). This happened a total of 5 times, most recently, I dropped off my ring to get it fixed and the store got it fixed and when it arrived back in store they told me there was a charge. I told them I would not be paying as I didn’t agree to pay anything and did not ok it to be replaced if there was a charge. Finally after much discussion the manager said she would not charge me, but from now on there would be a charge. Nobody can answer why this has been fixed under the plan all those times before. There has been 2 months of back and forth with the customer service agents to speak to a regional manager only to be brushed off and told that they can’t help and can’t escalate this to a higher level of management. We have yet to hear from a regional manager. We have been lied to and given the run around.This purchase has been the biggest mistake.My recommendation: find a better jeweller and company who stands behind their products.

Jill was absolutely fantastic. I had previously purchased my engagement ring from a Michael Hill store and had noting short of an incredible experience. The same is to be said for this MH. Jill was patient, kind & sociable, and easily identified a perfect option for my skin tone / look. Above & beyond customer service, very fair prices with a lovely outcome. 5/5 across the board!

An amazing experience at Michael Hill! My husband bought me an emerald ring for my birthday and within 1 year one of the diamonds fell out twice. I had it repaired the first time but the second time the store manager upgraded my ring to a ring with an even larger emerald! I am so beyond thrilled with my experience there and I love my ring. They care about their customers and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Michael Hill Tsawwassen is the best jewelry store I had ever been to.I went there with my girlfriend looking for engagement rings and they gave me such great deals with 40 months finance option no interest. I would say I had an outstanding customer service with them.You guys rocks thanks you for making my engagement ring shopping so special.
