Me and my friend purchased too jeans today, deal for jeans is worth it and they are much more comfortable. Very very good customer service, love the way Natalia handles customers. She was so nice with us with happy and welcoming face.

Inexplicably they charged me more for paying in cash and at the moment as I was in a hurry I didn't really think of it. But according to the Retail Council of Canada they shouldn't have, meaning, they stole some of my money.
Its such a bother to go back and ask for my money, so keep it. Maybe the store and employees are struggling so they feel justified to steal from customers, idk. It must be really hard on them with the current economic state, and as we know we the customers should try really hard to keep them afloat. While loosing our money.
Anyhow, if they are finding new creative ways to keep some extra money I'm not shopping there anymore whats the point

Love their jeans. They have sizes for everyone and do not compromise with quality. Levi's does not body shame people by having fixed waist and length combos. Staff is always friendly and smiling.

I had a great experience shopping here. The employees greeted me as soon as I entered and asked if I needed help finding anything in particular. I was only browsing at first but when I found something they asked if I needed help finding a size. When I went to pay they informed me of a deal when buying two pairs of jeans. I hastily grabbed another pair of jeans to try. An employee asked what I found. She had a great eye and brought a different, better fitting style for my body type.

I called and asked if they had a particular product that I was having trouble finding elsewhere. I gave very specific details and they said the had it and would hold it for me. I drove 45 minutes to the store and all the workers are huddled in a pile chatting. I asked if I could try on my product on hold and they give me my item in a completely different style and colour and say they never had the product I wanted and to search elsewhere. Wasted my time.

I left Levi’s outlet today feeling happy and confident. The workers in there were some of the kindest most beautiful women I have ever met. The vibes and aura they gave out made me truly feel like this was a safe space to try some jeans on. Thank you so much for helping me today. I wish you girls a prosperous and happy new year

I was at this store on Dec 18th. The customer service person was so great. She was friendly, not pushy, asked what she could do to help. She gave great information and provided amazing customer service. Really impressed especially since customer service these days has gone down the tubes.
